+ -1 moreBlair does a a very complete job of keep our house very clean and healthy. He takes his time and does a deep clean every time he comes. We have a very old house that requires extra care to keep it looking good. Honestly, it has never been so clean. Blair is also a very nice guy and very pleasant to have around. He comes when he says he is going to and stays as long as it takes to get the job done right.
Description of Work: Blair cleans our 2900 square foot house twice a month and occasionally takes on additional jobs like resurfacing the old hardwood floors.

+ -1 moreBlair started working for us several years ago and, frankly, I don't think I could do it without him! Once he arrvies at our house, he starts working and never stops. He works fast and efficiently. Typically, arrives and begins in the kitchen. Our house is on two-levels and has four bedrooms plus a den, three full bathrooms and a guest half bath. Our family uses every inch of the 3,000+ square feet and Blair makes it all shine! Blair is an integral part of our household and I don't think I could do it all without him!
Description of Work: Blair makes my house sparkle! He does it all for us from from floor to ceiling! He works very hard and takes pride in the finished product. He has worked for our family for several years and my reaction is always the same on our "Blair Day".... ahhhhhhhhh! He cleans our hardwoods and is very careful about what he uses on the floors, vacuums the carpets, cleans the bathrooms and kitchen, windows (seasonal as needed; inside and out; on a different day as it takes several hours). Blair speaks English. No offense, but I only speak one language and for me, this is huge. There are no miscommunications. I say what I need and he understands.... If I need something extra or special attention to a certain area, we discuss it and it is done...perfectly! Blair is human, so if something isn't up to my satisfaction, he will come back to do it... he tells me that; we NEVER had to cross that bridge! Blair is insured! Again, never had to worry about it, but nice to know it is there. Blair is patient, kind, trustworthy, and an all-around good person. I have two dogs who always seem to get themselves into "situations" ... Blair makes sure they are okay and is careful about letting them out on their leashes, as needed, and bringing them back in. He never complains and I know this is a pain while he is trying to clean my house. He respects our home and family. He truly "blesses" us by being a part of our lives. We have referred him to people who need a cleaning for moving in or out of a house or have a special event that they just need a one-time cleaning or for thinning out a space, etc. He did our garage (separate from regular cleaning schedule) and we actually could park our cars in the there! Every time he is at our house, he always thanks us for letting him clean..... I cannot thank him enough!

+ -1 moreHe is very honest, works extremely hard and does a consistently good job. He comes every two weeks and cleans thoroughly. He knows how to take care of fine furniture, rugs, antiques and collectibles. He is an extremely nice, honest, hardworking individual. He carries more than adequate insurance. He has helped me with special projects, such as, taking down the Christmas tree and moving furniture. He provides a top quality service with attention to detail. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Description of Work: Blair has been cleaning for me for about two years. He cleans my entire house with extra attention to collectibles.
