+ -1 moreClean Systems and Chuck are prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable of computer problems and systems. It is always refreshing to call and have the issue taken care of promptly instead of becoming frustrated trying to fix the issue myself without any results. I would highly recommend Clean Systems to the individual with computer needs all the way up to medium size companies without an IT department. They provide a great value and allow me to get back to work doing the productive tasks I need to focus on.
Description of Work: Chuck has worked on my personal and company computer systems. His service and help has included setting up wireless internet, trouble shooting outlook and email issues, setting up new work stations and generally making each computer run at its greatest efficiency. He also has a secure remote service that is very useful for the quick computer issues that need immediate attention.

+ -1 moreChuck is extremely knowledgeable about computers, has the patience of a saint, was always responsive to my calls and was a joy to work with. His pricing is very reasonable and his motto is to ''make sure the customer is satisfied'' He bends over backwards to accomplish this.
Description of Work: Chuck transferred all my files from a pc to a MAC, a huge undertaking. He has consulted with me over the phone on many occasions and was always able to pinpoint problems very quickly. I also had problems with my hard disc which ultimately crashed and he revived it. He worked wonders!

They immediately demonstrated flexibility when I had stated that I was not yet ready to begin the service. They politely said "no problem, just give us a call back when you are ready and we'll get this computer cleaned up for ya". After the remote service began they walked me through each step and answered all questions I had about the process or the procedure they were performing at the time. Clean Systems was a pleasure to work with and I will call them again.
Description of Work: My computer was running slowly. I called Clean Systems suspecting a virus. Clean Systems provided remote service for my computer, checking for viruses, spyware, or adware. Then updated some programs and defragmented my computer.

Description of Work: They came in and cleaned up all spyware and unneaded programs on my compuer then optimizd my setting and updated software, all at the convenience at my home they just logged onto my PC from their ofice.
