Clean Services Northwest Inc

Upon the arrival of Cleaning Servives Northwest I opened the electronic blinds in front of the employee. (Luckily I did not have a chance to do it earlier as this is proof of the functionality of the blind in question.) It worked perfectly. Later I was called to the room where the blind was askew and no longer functioning. The employee, on the ladder under the window and blind, pointed out that a small component was now broken off of the blind mechanism. I was informed that the management would call me and we agreed I would withhold payment until the situation was rectified. One of the owners, Kasey Long, contacted me and started the conversation with, "I'm calling to collect payment..." Needless to say, the response to damage caused by Cleaning Services Northwest did Go over well. Kasey Long, Cleaning Services Northwest, provided multiple speculations as to how this was not their fault, never once apologizing or acknowledging that I have been inconvenienced in any way, or even offering to look at the blind in person. The fact is, the blind worked when they arrived and was broken during the cleaning of the window, now no longer functioning. I will have the blinds repaired and deduct the amount from the bill of $667.00 upon completion. Luckily I withheld payment because this company has no intention of accepting responsibility for damaged caused by them. This is not a company I would choose to do business with and I'm glad I have Angie's List to share their unethical business practice with others.

I paid through coupons. They did a fabulous job on the windows and screen. When they came out the weather was really nasty that day. It was terrible working outside. It was raining that day. I thought they might cancel the job, but they did a great job. I would use them in the future.

I purchased a coupon from them for $50.00 it was worth $100.00 to spend on window cleaning services with this company.I made an appointment with this company, 1 month prior to this date which was the first they gave me availalbe. They called a few DAYS prior to this date to let me know that they had already scheduled a client into this timeand that they needed to reschedule me. i had to make another appointment further out. This appointment time was also needing to be changed to a few days later. So there were two confirmations and then at last minute they changed the date and times of my appointment.In all this contact with the company with appointment changes on their behalf, the company's contact, Kasey informed me to go to their website and get the pricing list and how to count panes, which I informed her that I did and I have the price for my work. The technician's came early, we counted TWICE the panes and screens that I was having cleaned, came up with same number. On the wondows that I didn't watch the cleaning services being done, the screens weren't taken off and cleaned which I didn't observe until after they had left. After they submitted the bill to me and I deducted the coupon amount and wrote them a check they told me that for someone with the coupon I had purchased the pricing for window cleaning was more and that I would owe another $50.00 which I argued was false advertising and that the coupon then was worth nothing?They agreed and stated they had other customers that this was done to and it was unfair and they too were upset. Even the technician's agreed with me that it was not "right" and it made sense that I was "being ripped off". They were afraid to take my check that day and told me to deal with their owner.She sent me a bill, adding windows that weren't cleaned to increase cost which was false. I'm still in the process of dealing with this company and have since only paid the amount owed for services rendered minus my coupon value and keeping all copies at this time until resolved.I wouldn't recommend using this company to anyone.
