CLEAN GUTTERS NOW

They had cleaned gutters before. I agreed to service, as they stated after this screening material was in place, I would not need to clean gutters. When they arrived to perform work, they did not have a ladder large enough to get on roof. They then missed next appointments. When I called, they said to leave a check, and they would fix while I was at work. About a week later the check was taken with a bill left for an additional 99 cents! The next rain storm showed leak present. I was able to get a ladder myself to inspect, they had only installed half of the screen, and had not cleaned the gutter next to the down spout, explaining the persistent over flow.

Poor and incomplete. After the work was completed, a brief heavy rainstorm occurred and my gutters overflowed. I checked my gutters and saw that several locations were not cleaned, and none of the screening was repaired. I called for a new appointment, and the company was very polite, considerate, and understanding. They promised a tech would finish the work within 48 hours. He never arrived. Called again, got the same promises and a committed date (June 19th), and a tech never arrived. At this point, I'll list complaints on BBB and Angie's List. I'll update if they ever arrive and complete the work. but rest assured I'll never hire them again.

The technicians were very professional and polite. They showed up a half hour late due to running over on the previous job, but other then that they were wonderful. They did an A+ job on my roof, hand cleaned and wiped down the inside and outside of all of my gutters, and didn't even use my garbage can! They hauled all debris away. I am definitely using Clean Gutters Now again.

The work was done in August, 2005, but they have never come back to complete the job. That was 8 months ago. We have placed numerous calls. None have been answered- answering machine messages only & they do not call back. We feel the work was very expensive for the service we received. NO customer service. No follow through.

The person doing the work was very professional and cleaned up afterward. I was very pleased with work. They are even coming back to spray the barn roof again because of the difficult moss problem.

HE WANTED TO INSTALL SOME GUTTER PROTECTION ON TOP OF THE GUTTERS SO YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE TO CLEAN THEM AGAIN. I SAID THAT I WOULD NOT AGREE TO THE JOB UNTIL I SAW THE MATERIAL. HE CALLED ME BACK BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WHO WERE GOING TO INSTALL THE MATERIALS SHOWED UP AT THE HOUSE. THEY CLAIMED THAT I HAD PURCHASED THE MATERIAL, AND THAT I OWED THEM MONEY. I SAID THAT I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING OR AGREED TO THE INSTALLATION. HE THEN SAID THAT IT WAS A "VERBAL AGREEMENT" AND THAT THIS WOULD MESS UP MY CREDIT IF I DID NOT PAY. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A BUSINESS OPERATING THIS WAY.
