 + -1 moreExcellent. Met his bid price and finished on time!!! Excellent work, overall. Claus is a little higher than other remodelers, but he doesn't gouge you later with a convenient change order that increases his price half way through the job.
Description of Work: Claus rebuilt our front porch on our 1910 SE Portland Bungalow.
