I went to the Mercer window showroom in Beaverton, OR, and after settling on the type of new windows I wanted, I asked the staff who they would recommend for installation. They recommended Randy Ollison of Classic Ranch. I called Randy the next day to set up a measurement and estimate. He was punctual, professional, and very reasonably priced. Because I bought the windows directly from the manufacturer, there were no contractor mark-ups, and I only paid for Randy's labor costs. Randy and his work partner Ron did the entire job on a weekend to accommodate my work schedule. The windows fit tightly in the frames, open and close smoothly and look great. Randy and Ron were careful to clean up after themselves and they respected my property. Ron came back the next weekend to add wood trim to the inside of the window frames to finish the job. After I finished touch-up painting everything, I called a window treatment company to measure for new window treatments. The guy who did the measuring mentioned how consistently "in square" the windows were throughout my house, and how unusual that was. I thought it was a great compliment to Randy Ollison and Classic Ranch, and it reinforced my opinion he's a great guy who does great work. I would highly recommend Classic Ranch and Randy Ollison for any window installation job.

They showed up on time and completed the job quickly with excellent quality. The price they quoted was exactly what we paid. We had a minor adjustment issue after the installation and they returned promptly and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend their service for installing windows.
