The caps on my terrace had some appearance issues shortly after they were installed . I called and he came back to take a look at it. Did some touch up work on the issues. That was nice...they followed through. A couple years later the paint was lifting. I called them back to let them know there was an issue and had to leave a message....didn't hear back. A few days later I called back and got his wife. She said we have been a little busy and not very nice to speak with. She was making excuses and said he does not do those type of services anymore. He does not get up on roofs anymore. I explained that it's not the roof it's the terrace. She still kept making excuses and then tried rushing me off the phone. I am pleased with him but the wife is not a pleasant person to speak to. I just want AL members to think twice before hiring these guys. With my experience I would never go back to them.
