Generally pretty good in terms of the basics (lived here for 2 years) but building managers harass tenants about petty issues like parking and "speed limits" in the parking lot (our parking lot was about 100 feet long, total). Building managers were rude. I made a complaint to the management company, and I got a rude, unprofessional phone call from the same managers I complained about citing rules and fine print of the rental agreement. I've rented in 5 or 6 cities over the past 20 years, and I've never had any problems -- so I'm not a perpetual complainer or some kind of crazy tenant. I'm a 39 year old writer and a professional delivery driver with a perfect driving record. The last thing I want to come home to some handyman standing in my doorway scolding me because I "pulled in too quickly. " Great place to live if you miss having a mommy or loved having an RA in college.
