My chimney and gas fireplace was a mess from sitting too long unused. There were signs of squirrels living in it snd lots of pine needles. The Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he was doing and why. My fireplace looks great. I would hire them again. In fact, I want to hire them to clean out my dryer vent because they do that too.

Kelly gave me a call to let me know he was on the way, and arrived on time. He took care to put sheets down to protect my home from dust. He thoroughly inspected the fireplace and did a great job with everything.

Michael did a comprehensive analysis of our chimney and a sweeping. He put clothes down to make sure he wasn't responsible for any additional mess as a result of the cleaning. Afterwards, he repaired our brickwork above the garage. He offered to train me on his trade and what to look for down the road. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take advantage of his offer since I was working from home that day. He had a great attitude and was clearly doing his best to make his company look the best it could.

Adam is awesome! He was very professional with a friendly, down to earth manner. We appreciated that he was thorough, very clean and completed an excellent job. We have our grandchildren staying with us for the week and they were curious how Santa Claus could possibly make it down the chimney. His personality delighted them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and definitely feel we got more than our money’s worth. Thank you!

Chris H. was the tech who provided service. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He phoned to let me know ETA updates. He showed me results of his inspection, and explained causes, and recommended solutions. The company office was readily available and also professional.

Very well. All of my contact with them has been positive and professional. They were the only ones who identified the problem and made recommendations. I researched after they left and they were spot-on. They have followed up with me while I tried to gather two other bids, but I believe ChimCare will be the company doing the job. They did not charge for the inspection, nor the consultation, and their bid was within the range that my research confirmed.

Steven was very thorough, taking the time to add a time-consuming step that the earlier chimney cleaning company had skipped. On the flat rate deal, he could have just skipped that too, but without prodding he went ahead and covered all bases. It speaks well of the company as well as of the cleaner himself that they put people in the field with such standards. (Angieslist users may get an optimal deal, so customers should ask about that.)

We've had leakage around our chimney for the past 3 years resulting in 2 different companies making repairs (one of which was Top Hatter who is now out of business). Their work was literally terrible; took us for thousands and left us with repair work that was amateurish and ineffective. They used caulk instead of mortar in repairing the bricks, didn't repair the flashing properly, using some type of black ****, put the roof flashing over the chimney flashing and much more. The result was that an analysis by Chimcare showed we needed to rebuild our chimney from the roofline up. The persons who came out to do the rebuild were Igor and his assistant. I have never seen technicians this organized and work so hard. They were right on time, worked like crazy the whole day and came back the next day to finish the job. It was outstanding. The workmanship was exceptional. Igor is one fantastic employee. He not only does terrific masonry work, but explained everything that he did and made sure I was satisfied with the work. He even showed me pictures of the final product so I could better see what he had all done. We are planning to have him come back in the future to do more masonry projects. After our experience with other chimney companies, it was a pleasure to have a professional organization like Chimcare do the work. Our only regret is we didn't contact them first several years ago. Highly recommended.

It went well. Was done quickly and with coupon on Angie's list, it was very reasonable.

It went very well. The house is about 50 years old and the chimney had not been cared for. It needed a replacement flue tile, new flashing, and to be cleaned as well as some other things. Chimcare worked with me and saved me money where they could. The chimney looks great now.

Professional, punctual, and easy to deal with.

The chimney rebuild was done on time and I believe it was done well. They were very nice about my last minute grout color change request.The chimney cap, however, took far too long to be installed, and when they did it was only partially painted and was installed incorrectly. Although it took over three weeks for the repair and reinstall, they did do it correctly and the chimney and cap look good. I also think their price was very fair. At this same time, a coworker hired Chimcare to repair/rebuilt a unique, mid-century chimney and was very happy with their work.

We scheduled the work and had it completed within ten days. The work was excellent and the worker was kind and communicative, fully informing us of the status of his work. We will use ChimCare again and again!

They checked my chimney and cleaned it out. They were very very good about keeping my house clean. They told me what needed to be one and gave me decent price for that repair, I have not done it tho. They told me It just would last longer if I did this repair and they recommend to replace it once we do our roof. The people are very professional.

The service was rescheduled twice last minute due to a shortage of technicians. One of the times we rescheduled I was told by someone on the phone that it was rescheduled but when I checked later it hadn’t actually been confirmed. I chose not to try to reschedule a 3rd time.

Work was promptly estimated and quickly scheduled. On-site work started on time and finished as planned. Igor and his team worked deliberately and carefully. It was great to watch old fashioned craftsmanship and pride in one's work.

Could not speak more highly of this company. They were able to come out the day after I called to ask them to look into a leak after a recent wind and rain storm. The office staff was pleasant and accommodating (and bonus points for the hold music being Chim Chiminey from Mary Poppins). The tech was prompt (in fact early), and was able to do a quick repair to solve the problem on the spot as part of the service call. At the same time he gave me an estimate and advice for work we don't need now but will need in a few years... and they will have my business for sure! Highly recommended.

The Chimcare service person showed up on time and verified what we wanted done. He was friendly and proceeded in a professional manner to inspect the chimney, to seal off the fireplace to prevent soot from entering the room, and to laying down a cover over the nearby carpet. He worked in an efficient manner and left with the chimney looking great and with the surrounding area clean.

MacLane was punctual and I recieved an auto text announcing he was on his way which was handy. He was very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning the Chimney. Birds had build a nest in the chimney and he removed everything. He took pictures and showed me what he'd done and what repair work still needed to be performed. I had expected it to be a huge messy job and was very pleased by MacLane's speed, efficiency and the care he took in protecting the interior of our home. Overall a great job!

Chimcare was great from the first phone call to the clean up and go home. They were professional and great communicators.
