We had a great experience with the Champion sales associate. They provided a very well thought out presentation that demonstrated the superiority of Champion windows. The company did a great job in fabricating and installing our windows.

The salesman told me that I would not hear cars anymore at all, but I would hear a semi truck through my "sound proof" windows. He lied as I hear cars and there is no difference! I did not need new windows!! I had great windows in place! I agreed to buy "sound proof" windows so that I could finally get a good night's sleep....I did not receive sound proof windows that I cannot hear cars through!!! I need sound proof windows installed as I agreed to, or I need a refund!

Please do not use this company. Not only did they mis measure our windows, they forgot to order one completely twice. Their workers didn’t wear booties and tracked dirt throughout our house. The entire process took 6 months due to their mistakes and when I asked for help or compensation for all of the things that went wrong they said “that’s not something we do”. Don’t make the mistake I made.

Issue: Wrong size pet door. Never replaced with correct size pet door. 9 May 2023: Initial Champion visit. Contract signing and initial measurement. 22 May 2023: Second Measurement visit May 26th 2023: A few days I noticed the wrong size pet door was ordered. I contacted the salesman who issued an addendum to the contract for the correct size on May 26th 2023 A few weeks later a Champion representative called and informed us the door had entered production. I cautioned the representative an addendum had been issued to change size of the pet door and to ensure it was included. 26 Jul 2023: Door arrived with the incorrect size pet door. After discussions with Champion, we mutually agreed to put the wrong door in until they could fabricate the correct size door. Installers are not Champion employees. 26 Jul 2023: Email received from Champion stating they now have the addendum to change the pet door size. Weeks passed. I called them numerous times. 1. Told door was entering production. Weeks later: 2. Told pet doors take longer. Weeks later: 3. Told having trouble getting parts for pet door. Weeks later (now November) 4. Told again, door was entering production, last week in November. Subjective: I am being gas lit. Champion has zero credibility at this point. I feel they have no intention for making this right but to wear us down until we give up. Would I recommend to a friend? No Will I buy again? No

We had windows installed 3 years ago by a gentleman that Champions inspector called a "drunk" who placed window incorrectly "up and down the valley". When we asked Champion to reinstall the windows that had no flashing, no insulation foam, and we shimmed in with particle board they said it was not our windows but our siding that was leaking. They did not honor our warranty and instead made us feel like garbage. They are a completely unethical company who will do anything to make money regardless of the quality of their work. If you do not want black mold growing in your walls I would suggest using a company who cares about their work.

Stay away!!! Do not do business with these people for any reason!! Where to begin: We signed a contract with Michael Moen for 12 windows and a sliding patio doors on February 11, 2022, and made a $9,000 downpayment; the projected installation date was May 2022. On February 16 we received a text msg. from Joe Burnett who identified himself as our installation manager and advised that we contact him with any questions as we awaited the installation date. As time passed and we looked for updates, Joe Burnett's phone number offered only that leaving voicemail was not possible. As the projected installation date came and went we searched for alternate phone numbers only to be sent to voicemail and receiving no response to any messages until we mentioned legal action (in three separate calls). Ultimately, towards the end of August a crew of two arrived (ostensibly to install windows that required four men to carry) and immediately announced that there was a problem since one of the two men was unable to do 2nd story work due to health problems. The following week a crew of four men arrived and worked for three days installing the windows. When the job was "completed" the caulking around the windows was sloppy and even dripped down the siding. In addition, the window trim the salesman had specified as "how we do our windows" was not installed. When we asked where the trim was, the crew manager said "we're just contractors, we don't do that." After receiving the request for final payment, we advised that we would pay nothing further until the job was completed. We worked with the latest contact (since Joe Burnett and Michael Moen have both left the company) "Chris," by name, to establish when the job would be completed. Last week he promised to research the situation and get back to us. Today, in response to our call, he advised that the trim was never included in the work order or in the final price for the job. In addition, he said that Michael Moen was known for making verbal promises for work that he then failed to include in the work order. As of September 30, we are now considering legal action.

RUN AWAY AND DON'T LOOK BACK!!!! I would wager a guess that they are padding their Google reviews. Sort by negative reviews to get the truth and look at their listings on other platforms (BBB is atrocious!). Absolutely do not recommend. They gave an 8-10 week timeframe and then completely ghosted me. I called and emailed multiple people for months. When I finally got on the schedule 12 weeks out, they came and realized they measured my sliding door wrong and had the wrong type of door—after ripping out my current sliding door which they jammed back into the space and it is now unable to close all of the way or lock. They have no timeframe for when they will receive a door that fits. When I asked if I get any discount or compensation for the loss of time and now having a security issue with my door due solely to their mistakes, I was told that they stand behind their work and these things just happen. Bad business—no pride in service. Update: 2 MONTHS LATER of absolutely NO contact or ability to get ahold of anyone (despite the copy and pasted message they put on all bad reviews which leads to a recording and no actual help), I had to threaten legal action to get anyone to call me back. The day I did that, miraculously my door was there and they were ready to schedule! Imagine that! But wait...then, they came out and it was THE WRONG DOOR AGAIN!!! So now they're installing the wrong door while I wait around for who knows how long to get the actual door that I ordered in MARCH. So to recap, they mis-measured and made no rush to correct that mistake and then ordered the wrong door when trying to fix the mistake. An 8-10 week wait has turned into almost twice that (and all the time I've waited, I have had a door that does not close or lock due to the fact that they removed it before noticing they had the wrong replacement door). They submitted completed work orders with the bank TWICE trying to get paid for this too. This is not just an unprofessional company, it's a fraudulent company.

Andrew was very professional, listened to my needs and provided a great estimate. I went with this provider and am super excited to see the final rest. Great experience!

All the seals were broken and leaking after 6 months. They charged me 6000 dollars. They don't responded to phone call even they offered lifetime guarantee. They did a sloppy job on the painting on the windows that they put in.

The meeting with Andrew Wright went really well. Andrew was very professional, his knowledge of windows and what we wanted done was spot on. He answered all questions he explained the process and made a great quote accepted at the end of the meeting.

It is set up to be done in 14 weeks

I got new windows. Job to be done was successful . There were a few bumps during installation but overall they completed the project and delivered as requested.

Champion did a complete tear off, installed new plywood, replaced rotten fascia boards, and installed a new 3 layer roof. They also put new gutters on the house. The work was professionally done and they cleaned everything up each day that they worked. January is a challenging time to replace a roof and we were impressed and pleased at the way they timed their work to be sure to keep us safe and dry. We would not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to anyone.

Professional service all the way. The windows fit beautifully and were installed with care. We would call Champion again if we are ever in need of services they provide. Not the cheapest windows available but we wanted quality and believe that is what we got.

It did not turn out well. they sent a salesperson out the first time. They measure the windows and they ordered it, they weren't sure about it and they sent somebody else out and they went over it and again then they weren't sure about it, so they sent somebody out again. The installers were perfect and did a great job. They had one window measured wrong and they didn't have one measured at all after all those times out. the manager said he could cut me a great deal and I said that's what I paid for and I expected them to put it in. It was supposed to charge us $00, but I never saw it, they never came back. It was very frustrating. I had them put it on a loan, it was financed, so I di not see the $400 on that side of the loan. I think they were too high. The windows are very nice. They were punctual.

The two men who came and did the work were excellent - on-time, businesslike & friendly, cleaned up afterwards perfectly - did excellent - precision - window installation work. I've had them come twice for various new window installation.

I wanted to express my gratitude and confidence in your window products. First, Mike Warren came to our home and provided an excellent demonstration on the products and services your company provides. He was extremely thorough and took the time to answer our numerous questions. Mike has always been available to answer any questions, and believe me, we have had numerous text conversations. One time we even had to change our meeting location for our convenience, and Mike had no problem in meeting us at an alternate location. The windows themselves are absolutely WONDERFUL. They do even more than Mike told us about. We live near the I-5 Interstate. Well actually you can see and hear the interstate from my dwelling. As an added bonus, is the absolute quiet we now experience with the new windows. What an unexpected surprise! The crew that came to our home was very polite, fast workers and cleaned up after themselves. There was no debris left laying around anywhere. I would recommend Champion Window Company to anyone who is seeking new window products. Our overall experience was FANTASTIC! Please feel free to us as a referral for prospective customers.
