Great job, unfortunately crew was short one installer so it took much longer than expected- into Thanksgiving. No help on getting the Oregon Energy rebate info. It would be helpful if this was noted when the contract was done.

Old employees have given their two cents about the quality of the company. We gave a 17k deposit for new siding/ gutters, 15+ months ago and can not get anyone to call us back, not the office, our salesperson, or the customer service line... Thinking about this makes us sick, something that was supposed to be exciting, is now stressful and we have huge regrets. We sent an email asking to get out of the contract, and they finally responded and said they would charge us 9k to get out of the contract, and no response on when or if we will get our siding done. THEY HAVE OUR MONEY HOSTAGE. Please go with a different company, bottom line is they took our money (a ton of money) and wont call us back. *We understand Covid, and supply chain shortages, we should just like a call back so we are not in the dark.

Windows are great quality and the installation crew was excellent.

RUN AWAY AND DO NOT LOOK BACK!!!! I would wager a guess that they are padding their online reviews. Sort by negative reviews to get the truth and look at their listings on other platforms (BBB is atrocious!). Absolutely do not recommend it. They gave an 8-10 week timeframe and then completely ghosted me. I called and emailed multiple people for months. When I finally got on the schedule 12 weeks out, they came and realized they measured my sliding door wrong and had the wrong type of door after ripping out my current sliding door which they jammed back into the space and it is now unable to close all of the way or lock. They have no timeframe for when they will receive a door that fits. When I asked if I get any discount or compensation for the loss of time and now have a security issue with my door due solely to their mistakes, I was told that they stand behind their work and these things just happen. Bad business no pride in service. Update: 2 MONTHS LATER of absolutely NO contact or ability to get ahold of anyone (despite the copy and pasted message they put on all bad reviews which leads to a recording and no actual help), I had to threaten legal action to get anyone to call me back. The day I did that, miraculously my door was there and they were ready to schedule! Imagine that! But wait...then, they came out and it was THE WRONG DOOR AGAIN!!! So now they are installing the wrong door while I wait around for who knows how long to get the actual door that I ordered in MARCH. So to recap, they mis-measured and made no rush to correct that mistake and then ordered the wrong door when trying to fix the mistake. An 8-10 week wait has turned into almost twice that (and all the time I have waited, I have had a door that does not close or lock due to the fact that they removed it before noticing they had the wrong replacement door). They submitted completed work orders with the bank TWICE trying to get paid for this too. This is not just an unprofessional company, It is a fraudulent company.

I had a ring camera installed it was set off by something and unfortunately a bird flew into the sunroom window i believe it survived and luckily so did the window not even cracked they have strong windows thanks champion

Make sure that you get a lifetime warranty and check all of the installed windows for cracks, scratches, and fingerprints on the parts of the windows which can not be cleaned.

The estimator gave upfront pricing, with no surprises when it came time to install. The contractors made quick work of the project, even in the rain and took the old windows away with them. Great experience and product. If your budget allows full window replacement, consider using Champion for the project.

Even though the estimate for window replacement took longer than I expected, I liked finding out about the windows and being able to get DH windows in a spot another company couldnâ t do. After my estimate, I didnâ t want to schedule right away because I couldnâ t work it into my schedule. When I called to schedule, it was easy. The installers were nice, friendly, knowledgeable and great at what they do. Our home is old and nothing is square and they made sure everything worked properly before calling it done.

Great sales rep and installers were fast and helpful. Has some dry rot issues they let me take care of. Did a good job at cleaning up after them self still have been finding stuff from the install in my yard.
