Jeff Oberst performed all the necessary permits in a timely fashion for our ~1,200sf condo and everything went as planned. Gutted all the interiors quietly; ordered all the new cabinets, lightings, appliances, painted; electrical work added; convert to gas, etc. It was done alot quicker than anticipated! Jeff assisted in working with our numbers and got everything we desired in our new condo. Thank you Jeff!
Description of Work: Gut the old condo; rebuild all new interiors; managed permits from beginning to end.
