CEMENT LLC

Jeff Graham is the owner. He took my $4500 deposit, and of the $9k worth of work that was in the contract, I received only 1 piece that was 'finished'. And, the 'finished' piece (this would mean that the concrete had been installed and coated for use on my kitchen island) was cracked and has since cracked in multiple locations. He would not answer any phone calls, but instead would only answer me via text messages. He finally just stopped replying at all, and clearly never intended to ever complete the project. He left me with no options but to hire another contractor to replace his poor and incomplete work. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend this contractor to anyone.
