Our project involved a tear down of an old 1920s era garage and replacing it with a larger, two story garage with living space above. The space has unique properties because our intent is to use the new room as a music area, so the space was designed with sound dampening qualities. The garage was designed as a wood working studio but could also accommodate a large vehicle. We worked with an architect on the design. The agreement we made with Mike and his team was for him to do everything but the finish work. Mike had no problem with this arrangement and was happy to accommodate this request. The project started in April and was completed in late July. It took a little longer than expected, but Mike did a good job of communicating to us/set our expectations so it did not end up being a problem. He did the majority of the work himself (with a helper, also very professional) and his sub contractors were also very professional and timely. We could not be happier with the finished product.

Our contractor built a new front porch on a rental home we have across from our own home. We had an idea of what we wanted and what we thought was a good layout for the porch entrance. With the space being somewhat small do to trees(that could not be removed) we thought we were basically limited to what was existing. Our contractor propsed a few new ideas we didn't even think about and in the end gave teh home a front porch you can now sit on and less turns in the staircases. We were very inpressed with his punctuality and cfaftsmanship.
