CD Northwest Roofing

IF I could judge this CD NORTHWEST ROOFING business by it's responsiveness to my repeated requests by email & phone for getting a bid for the full work I had a need of getting done, it would be a "D" or "F" because their "Project Manager", Derek McCracken failed to respond me for over 3 weeks now. I COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ROOFER BUSINESS BASED UPON THE FACT THAT JUST DIDN'T FUNCTION TO EVEN PROVIDE A VALID BID... so IF they couldn't even submit a valid bid after weeks of my attempts to get them to function, there's a huge question as to whether they could do anything else. As a Senior Citizen, I wouldn't recommend this outfit to anyone!!!

Please see above. I was looking forward to the dreaded cleaning of the roof. Now I have to start over with another company.

We've had an issue CD Northwest Roofing. We've reported it to the Better Business Bureau. They have contacted the company twice and had no response. Obviously, where they haven't even responded to the Better Business Bureau, they have not responded to our repeated attempts to get anything done either. It took them two days to do it and the first day, I was out there giving them verbal guidance, because I had done it before. Well, the second day, I didn't go out there and supervise them so well. As soon as I did go out there and saw what they were doing, instead of saying something, I went back in the house, because I knew that I probably would not be too nice about the whole thing. And then, to top it off, we had paid at the same time we paid for removal of the lights and then never showed back up to remove the lights. So, I had to get on the house and remove the lights myself and I found where they had used staple guns to install lights around the windows. They had stapled right through the cords and we had trouble while they were on during Christmas, with the lights shorting out and throw the circuit breaker. We had just bought all those lights. They were brand new LED lights. Until I went and pulled the lights off and saw what they had done, I then realized why we were having such a hard time doing the holidays, keeping the lights on. My wife was really mad because they took pictures of our house and used them on their webpage without notifying us. So, that really was the icing on the cake, when she found that out. Also, they took ten days to come and do the lights. They were supposed to have them installed before Thanksgiving, but they were installed the week after Thanksgiving.
