We have a completely uneven ceiling now. Sloppy texture. Way too expensive, as we have found out later. His contract contains outstanding protections for himself. It took longer that supposed to to finish the work too.

The reason I had originally gotten a quote from Case is because they were handing out these discount cards at a home and garden shows. I called them, and they came out the very next day. They were very prompt in their attendance. They did give me an oral quote after looking around, however they would not give me a written quote. The man that came out was alright. I waited a few days, and nothing written ever came in the mail. I called them back, and they did not return my phone call for five days. When they did, they said that they do not give out written estimates. Right there was enough to tell me to go with somebody else.
Description of Work: Case came to my home to give me an estimate for the installation of a double swing out Pella Door.
