This service followed a harrowing experience with a small leak that turned into a monster mess. Cascade owner 's came in quickly, gave us a competitive bid and patiently answered a lot of questions. The company handles a lot of big jobs and commercial accounts, but treated this relatively small one (for them) as if it was every bit as important. Crystal, the office manager, was professional, warm and patient. John, the plumber doing the work, arrived on time, mapped out his game plan, worked out a schedule that allowed the household to function with water at crucial times. He was the neatest worker we've ever seen -- cleaning up as he went, never leaving tools or materials on the floor -- always a worry with our dog, who will eat anything. He was done with the 1600 sq foot house (kitchen, 2 baths, 2 house bibs, laundry room, shut offs) in 3 days -- during which he worked steadily and carefully. Much of the time was spent in our unattractive crawl space. John and Shane, the owner, both advised us on a way to approach the project that saved money over the way we had intended to proceed. We dealt with six vendors in the course of this post-leak mess, and Cascade was a stand-out. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price -- from people who care about their customers.
