Description of Work: Represented the sale of our condominium in Tigard. But helped us to stage the condo very effectively and with the contractors we needed to complete necessary work both effectively and inexpensively. Went the extra mile to make sure we got the best deal possible with no wasted time or effort for us.

 + 0 moreCary staged my sister's condo very beautifully. She told us what work needed to be done and then helped us with her handyman to accomplish it. This included changing the water heater, painting the living room, updating the bathroom. We invested a little over $800 in order to increase our asking price by $15,000. When Cary listed us we had offers right away which she skillfully orchestrated to get us more than our asking price. We are very happy with her.
Description of Work: Cary was our real estate agent in the selling of my sister's condominium. She helped us to stage the house and to do the minor work needed to get the attention we wished for. She handled all aspects of the sales process and guided us through the paperwork.
