 + -1 moreI have had a couple of problems with their cartridges where I had to take them back in, but they always fixed the problem promptly and at no charge. I don't know if these kinds of problems are common with recycled cartridges, as I am new to using them.
Description of Work: They refill computer ink cartridges at a fraction of the cost of a new cartridge, and even much less expensively than Office Depot's recycled cartridges (they charge about $13 for the same thing Office Depot charges $22 for, and new costs $26).
