+ -1 moreI spent $90 on that work. It did not go that great. They came and were supposed to put out the chemicals but the guy was in a hurry. He did what he could in 40 minutes or so and he had to take off. We were supposed to be charged $90 for the full service of the spa and the starter kit of chemicals. We did not receive the starter kit and my wife did not feel like we had a full service of the hot tub. We were still billed the entire amount. So that was unresolved.
Description of Work: I used Carefree Pool & Spa Supply Inc. 45 days ago to provide us a starter package of chemicals for our hot tub and pool service.

Description of Work: I use this company as a resource for spa chemical supplies and water testing, and have not had any repairs done. The staff is great and has made helpful suggestions to save me money, such as using common baking soda rather than the same thing in a pool chemical supply container at several times the price. However, their prices are much higher than online resources for pool and spa chemicals and supplies. I don't mind paying the difference because of the excellent service received.

+ -1 moreThe people are always friendly. They are knowledgeable and professional and work quickly to test water samples. They ask questions and last time I was there, the man picked up on something I was doing at home with the spa and he made a suggestion that would reduce chemical exposure to peoples skin while in the water. I can always count on them to solve my problems with water quality and equipment problems. Of course I would prefer to pay less for chemicals, but their knowledge and proximity make it my preferred pool & spa company.
Description of Work: The technician tests pool water tested, asks questions and the technician makes recommendations.
