I will never make another purchase from this store. I was told the installation would take "a couple of hours", but it's now FOUR hours later and still no end in sight. The worst part is I'm stuck here and can't even take my car because it's in the middle of the install. This store would learn a lot from the concept of under promising and over delivering.

I drive a 1989 Toyota pickup WORK TRUCK. I pulled into their big sale and rushed in and connected with store manager Troy Parcels right away. He came out, looked at my original system, looked at the condition of my truck--dirty, trashy, and full of gear--and listened to me describe what I wanted--decent speakers and a new but very basic CD player with AM/FM radio. We went back inside and he pulled what I needed off tables full of stuff for sale. He didn't try to upsell me. He didn't try to shame me for wanting only the basics or for my truck being such a mess. The way he treated me, I could have been driving a classic Ferrari or vintage Lamborghini. I felt totally SEEN, UNDERSTOOD, and RESPECTED. No judgment. No eye-rolling. It was a magnificent experience. He was very busy but concentrated on me as if I were the only customer in the joint, and as if I were spending 20 times as much money. I was so impressed. He was ably assisted by another charming, respectful associate named J.D. What a great crew! I paid and told them I had to be on the road in one hour, no more. The installer said, "If I can't get this done in an hour, I should go back to school." I left to go do additional errands in the mall and when I came back in an hour, the car was ready. The new sound system completely satisfies my needs. Again, I must emphasize how well I was treated. We laughed, we joked, we did business, and believe me, if my old Toyota ever needs any more car toys, this location will have my repeat business. It was an excellent experience.

THE GUYS THAT TOOK CARE OF US DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB ON ALL OF THE INSTALL ITEMS. NONE OF THE WIRES ARE VISIBLE AND THE ITEMS WORK GREAT. WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THEIR RESPONSE TIME AND THEIR WILLINGNESS TO HELP. THEY ACTUALLY WERE DONE QUICKER THAN THEY ANTICIPATED.
