+ -1 moreI brought in my sofa cushions for an estimate for reuphostery. I found a fabric and paid for it ($240). The owner told me he would call when the fabric came in. I waited 4 weeks and heard nothing. I called him and he said the fabric was in but he was waiting for the trim and that he would call me when the trim fabric came in. Again...no call. I emailed him and asked for my money back. He refused saying he was "just waiting for me". I was so exasperated after two months of nothing my daughter went in to the shop and gathered the fabric to bring back to me.
Description of Work: No services were performed.
