+ 2 moreExtremely Well! The home is beautiful, just what we wanted. We get nothing but complements on it. And a couple of important points. There was one of this providing a low-ball bid and using change orders to make up the difference. The final price was the original bid price, except for change orders due to enhancements we requested. If he missed something in the bid, he ate the cost. Finally, the job was completed on time. Well, almost on time, it was 3 weeks late, because we decided to order a special sink not on the original specs, which took 3 weeks to deliver and delayed the plumbing and installation of the counter-tops.
Description of Work: Replace LP Siding Replace Roof Kitchen Remodel Bath (3 of them) Remodel New Carpets New Floors New Granite Counter Tops in kitchen and bath, with under-mounted sinks New Sinks and Fixtures New Lights New Door Hardware In Short, Complete interior remodel
