 + -1 moreBecause this was a rather simple job, it was completed within 24 hours. The person doing the repair put a lock washer on the screw holding the bracket on his own, just as I wanted but forgot to ask. They called me when it was complete.
Description of Work: Disassemble camera to reattach the bracket to which the strap attached.

 + -1 moreThe woman who helped us was wonderful. We thought that we would have to make a costly repair but she instead cleaned the camera (for free!) and it worked perfectly after that. I would use them again without question.

 + -1 moreSINCE MY SON NEEDED TO USE THE CAMERA FOR HIS PHOTOGRAPHY CLASS, THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO GIVE ME A LOANER CAMERA FOR HIM TO USE SO HE WOULDN'T FALL BEHIND IN CLASS, AND AT NO CHARGE. THEY EVEN FOUND A LOANER THAT WAS THE EXACT SAME MODEL. BECAUSE HE IS A STUDENT, THEY PUT A RUSH ON THE JOB AND MY CAMERA WAS READY BY THE VERY NEXT DAY. THE TECH WAS VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND I FELT THE REPAIR WAS REASONABLE PRICED. IF I EVER NEED CAMERA REPAIR SERVICES AGAIN, I WILL DEFINITELY USE CAMERA WORKS.
Description of Work: THE ADVANCE WAS NOT WORKING ON THE CAMERA, THE SHUTTER WOULDN'T RELEASE AND IT NEEDED LIGHT SEALS AND A GOOD CLEANING. THEY REPAIRED THE RELEASE MECHANISM, REPLACED THE BATTERY DOOR, REPLACED LIGHT SEALS, CLEANED, LUBRICATED AND ADJUSTED ALL SYSTEMS TO GOOD WORKING ORDER.
