 + 0 moreJob took over a week, involving a powerful pressure washer and floor machines to take off the old sealer. New sealer was applied after the courtyard and driveway were thoroughly cleaned.
Description of Work: Contractor cleaned and refinished stamped concrete driveway and courtyard, It was a difficult job, but the results looked great afterward. I was pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of the owner.

 + -1 moreThey kept trying and trying to get the job right. They originally estimated 2 weeks but it took 7 weeks. They had equipment problems. They redid the floors 3 times. I think we will have to have them back. They had to grind off the sealant that they put down and redo it. However, we do not know if the floors are really sealed or not. I like the effort that they put in but I am not happy that we might have to pay someone else to re-do it. We have had other people out to look at the floors and the recommendation is to have them redone.
Description of Work: They came out and polished our concrete floors.

Description of Work: I own a company called Help U Design, LLC and I had Rose City Bomanite do a pathway for a project I am doing for a client. The pathway was done with pavers for the front walkway of the home. They did a beautiful job on the pathway. They were punctual, informative and called to schedule and follow up with me on every aspect.
