Colin and his crew were incredibly accommodating - they personally took my to home depot and helped me troubleshoot an issue I was having with my plumbing system. After we went to the store, we arrived back to the site and began working for multiple hours, eventually fixing the issue I had! They were only scheduled to work for 1-2 hours and ended up helping me for more than 4 that day. Such a massive help and incredibly nice guys. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my remodeling needs.

We decided to hire Colin because of how insightful and thoughtful he was about different ways to approach the project. Throughout the project, working with him truly felt like a collaboration. He respected our vision, but also brought new ideas to the table when we needed direction. He communicated with us frequently about the project, milestones, and any potential issues. The work zones were cleaned up tidily at the end of each day. And perhaps most important - his craftsmanship was impeccable. We couldn't be happier with the renovation and the process. We had a great experience. Colin and his team helped us select materials that looked good together and were in stock in order to avoid delays. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. He was very communicative and responsive to any questions we had. He also had some great ideas about what would be best to open up what was a pretty narrow space and how to make it most functional not only for ourselves, but also for our two young children (who are sometimes ho*** ** things). While on the job, they went above and beyond what would have been expected in terms of keeping the job site clean and vacuuming before leaving. Everything was well planned out with the coordination of the drywall, electric, plumbing, cabinetry, and counter install to keep everything flowing with minimal interruption to the job or to our lives. We are grateful for this attention to detail. The bathrooms turned out beautifully. We love the new shower and the bathtub has been great for the kids. Having a waterproof floor and sliding doors to keep the water out takes a lot of stress out of bath time. By installing a more narrow countertop, we have much more space for brushing teeth. Most importantly, everything is high quality and built to last. We've had many compliments since the completion of the bathrooms and requests for Colin's contact information, as everything looks even better in person than in the pictures. I would highly recommend using Colin and his team to anyone looking to do similar work.

We've worked with C Cook LLC, and specifically Colin and Will on two projects over the course of the past year and the results have been amazing! We initially approached Colin about redoing the shower in our main bathroom in 2021. From the beginning of our experience, Colin helped my wife and I feel like partners in the process by accompanying us to choose tile and grout and being realistic about the pricing we could expect, based on the materials and fixtures we wanted. The work itself has also been exquisite, and we are proud to show off our new shower and kitchen backsplash to anyone who will look! Colin is truly a master of his craft, and we would recommend him to anyone who is looking to improve their home.

Colin and his crew were wonderful. They were professional, courteous and kind. It was a pleasure having them in our home. The work was done as scheduled and we are very happy with the results.

This contractor is a "hands on" guy, who is attentive to details, and who takes pride in providing good customer communications and a quality result at a very fair price. He and his small crew (one or two others) arrive when they say they will be there. And so did his subs, who were scheduled with little or no interruption to the overall flow. His cabinet maker (MH custom cabinets) is great, and produced high quality cabinets, and is an entertaining and helpful guy. It's worth the trip to Hubbard to go over the cabinets with him. The countertops were also good, though one arrived with a small defect. Colin got the stoneworks folks out to correct the flaw, which was done to our satisfaction. Collin's crew put drop cloths all the way from the front door, up the stairs, and to the work area every day they worked. They worked from about 8:30 am to about 4:30 or 5 pm daily. Then, they cleaned up and vacuumed every day, including the areas covered by drop cloths! Colin was almost always there to do the work himself, along with his crew. His crew did everything except the plumbing, texturing of sheetrock, cabinet and countertops, and rough electric work. That is, they performed all the demo, the rough carpentry and framing (which included removal of a small load-bearing wall and replacing with a beam in the attic, along with removal of 2 swing doors and replacement with pocket doors), sheetrock, tub installation, the tiling (floor and tub enclosure), the finish carpentry, installation of mirrors and towel bars, and the painting. Colin and his crew were sensitive to wearing masks in the house while we were home. He started the job, and worked it pretty much straight through until done. The only exception was when a specially ordered sink arrived cracked, there was about a week or so with no work done until the replacement arrived. Totally beyond his control, so no complaint from us. As is to be expected, there were a couple of change orders necessitated by conditions discovered during demolition, or additional items we picked after commencement. Colin explored our options, and treated us very fairly on the additional costs. We ended up only 2-3% over our original bid, which was truly a good result. We highly recommend him and he will be the first person I call if I need any other remodeling done. Colin was recommended to me by a neighbor, who is a retired General Contractor, for whom Colin previously worked. What a lucky recommendation. I think he gets most of his work by word of mouth and reviews such as this. Perhaps that's why he's booked out several months. Don't let that bother you. We originally started to get bids in 2019, including one from Colin. Then we had our own issues deciding to go forward, but when we did, Colin was booked out about 4 months before he could start. We decided to wait, and are glad we did. We attach a couple of photos of the finished rooms, and wish I could show you the ugly before pictures.

Great. Colin came over to talk about the projects and he send over a competitive bid very quickly, on the same day. Before the start of the project he reached out to learn what we decided on regarding tub/grout etc and he purchased the items, which were included in bid, and was very convenient. Colin and 2 other workers did a great job. They arrived on time, covered the floors in the work area's, were meticulous in building shower walls that were straight before tiling and cleaned up everyday. The tub & tile looks great and love the Schluter edge along the tile in the bathroom. The backsplash in kitchen is beautiful. Colin & team were super detail oriented and everything is perfectly finished. Project took just 6 days to complete and we are so glad we did this. Colin and team did a great job and will hire again!

I needed to replace a 20-year old cast-iron sink in a tile countertop. Current-day stainless steel sinks require a larger opening, which meant some serious in-place tile cutting. I toyed with the idea of doing it myself but quickly realized I didn't have the equipment or expertise to do this without making a huge mess of silicate dust in the house. Several tile companies said they couldn't do this type of work, and I was worried I wouldn't find anyone to do this, until I found C Cook LLC. Colin happened to be available with 1 day's notice, which was a real life saver for us, being without a working kitchen sink. He arrived the next day, right on time, and did an outstanding job. He made sure the new sink would fit, and created notches in the inside front wood frame to accommodate the sink's mounting clips. The dust mitigation he used (plastic tent, HEPA vacuum) worked very well and left almost no dust. Colin and his crew were very professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

I had such an incredible experience with Colin and his crew. They turned two ugly attic rooms, in my 100-year-old home, into an elegant and glamorous Master Suite. They were communicative, meticulous, detail-oriented, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly polite. I still can't believe I get to live in the space they created for me! I have already hired them to remodel my downstairs bathroom, & I'm still trying to convince them to help me with the rest of the house. Collin gave us the estimate and any changes with add on we requested was highlighted and he made sure we didn't exceed too much from our budget. He gave us the space to remodel.our bathroom the way we wanted. No marketing , no pressure! Work was Professional and very clean. They would ensure after the end of the day, they leave the house neat and clean just like nothing was happening! Our three bathrooms needed a refresh so my wife and I searched for a reasonably priced, detail-oriented professional. We discovered Colin Cook through the excellent reviews of him on Angie’s List. Having previously worked with another remodeler whose high prices smacked of greed, after interviewing Colin we knew we wanted to hire him. The project began on time and in less than eight weeks - with minimal stress on us (because there always needs to be one functioning shower and toilet available) - built three exceptionally beautiful bathrooms of showroom quality. Colin was professional, reliable, organized, knowledgeable and able to handle any challenge. Throughout the project, he was an excellent and patient communicator, helping us through many design decisions via email, phone and in person. Our bathrooms now look like works of art, from the custom waterfall tile design to the gorgeous vanity cabinets and countertops built by his preferred vendors. Colin always showed up when he said he would and so did all of his subcontractors. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to see the “big picture” - it ensured everything flowed together well even as we made several design changes midstream. Colin prides himself as somewhat of a perfectionist and it shows in all the details; even the screws in the wall plate covers are aligned in matching symmetry! The cost for this remodel may seem high, but we chose to splurge. Beautiful new vanities, a jetted tub, hand-painted Pratt & Larson tiles, Lunada Bay glass tiles, Grohe fixtures, Amba heated towel bars, Toto toilets, professional ceiling fan venting, heated floors, a pocket door and more. And because our downstairs ceiling needed repair and repainting, we paid him to do that, too. Colin’s simply the best remodeler we’ve ever worked with - we wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again and recommend him without reservation!

C Cook LLC was recommended to us at the stoneworks showroom when we were looking for a contractor for our kitchen and 2.5 bath remodel which involved replacing counter-tops, tiling the floors and walls and remodeling shower, tub, toilets and vanities. Colin impressed us since our first contact with this responsiveness, communication and punctuality and he provided a clear, upfront and competitive estimate. Material selection was a breeze with him at hand and patiently guiding us through the extensive choices and taking care of all the ordering. Work commenced right on time and it was obvious that he had a solid work ethic from the way he took pride in his work area and kept everything clean and shielded everyday throughout the project. He just needed a small staging area in our garage and willingly accommodated our schedule to maintain bath and kitchen functionality as much as he could. Any subcontractors or help he brought in for electrical, plumbing etc. were legit and held up his high standards. The project has completed a few days before schedule and on budget. We couldn't be more pleased with his tiling and counter top work and finishing touches. We would wholeheartedly recommend him for any contractor work and it is great to have such honest to goodness craftsmen and small businesses nearby.

I am delighted to recommend Colin Cook Construction wholeheartedly and without reservation. From beginning to end, our experience with Colin in remodeling our master bathroom was pleasant and productive. Here are some specific high points: 1. Colin completed a full master bathroom remodel in under five weeks. He worked only on our project during this time. Work happened each and every week day on our project; there were not gaps of several days while waiting for subs to be available, as I have experienced on all previous projects with other contractors. 2. Colin completed this project with minimal disruption to our home. He lay down floor protection every morning and picked it up every night; he vacuumed the work area and surrounding areas each day, which resulted in very little dust accumulation. Honestly, if the door to the bathroom was closed, you would not be able to tell there was any work going on. He used part of our garage for staging and storing tools and materials, and that area was kept organized and clean as well. 3. Communication throughout the project was outstanding. We always knew what was happening, what would happen next, and which items needed resolution by us. Colin and all of his team are friendly and pleasant to be around. 4. Although Colin doesn't bill himself as a "designer", he has an excellent design sense and asked the right questions to help us figure out what we wanted. On several occasions, he proposed creative solutions to design problems that we were stuck on. 5. Colin is highly conscientious and showed respect for our home and our family throughout the project. In particular, he took care to ensure that our indoor cats (including a brand new kitten) never had an opportunity to slip out of an open door, and worked around our (excessively friendly) Labrador.

A phenomenal success as Colin orchestrated a total 10! He managed everything in a timely fashion even when negotiating with the unexpected (installing a bedroom ceiling fan, extra can light in the closet). There were times when he had to render decisions worthy of Solomon if differing design elements didn't quite work, but in the end, he made it all happen. Cleanliness is another of Colin's legendary virtues. His work area was probably cleaner than any other room in the house which made me simultaneously delighted and embarrassed. The project went remarkably well, on time, on target and we would not hesitate to recommend Colin as his work ethic and artisanal creativity are in very short supply

We couldn't be any happier, Colin is an absolute delight to work with, he has outstanding work ethics, was present from the beginning to the end and finished his work within the estimated time frame. Colin was respectful to our property and you wouldn't even have known that there was construction going on in our house because he always cleaned up each day. I appreciated very much that I could meet with him in the tile store and get some guidance on the design, he made very helpful and creative suggestions. This was the 3rd time we remodeled something in our house and this was by far the best experience.
