BRUNKOW CABINETS

Marty helped design a good design and gave us several choices of cabinetry materials, colors and countertop surfaces. His design ideas were very good. However, implementation became a nightmare. He did not show up when promised, or showed up late, kept delaying citing that materials were not delivered, he had other engagements, etc. However, he often simply did not show up and we would then have to contact him. He frequently just failed to call back and we had no idea if he was going to ever return calls. A very simple project dragged out for months. His behavior was erratic and he frequently seemed to be under the influence of something. When the cabinetry was finally installed, he underestimated the time to complete and left a big mess. They did not wipe out the cabinetry and there was construction dust left all over our garage and in the rooms they were installing. They had to come back several times because they mismeasured and had to reconstruct one cabinet, they forgot to drill shelving holes inside, the forgot to measure and bring countertop surface, one the cabinet doors was damaged, and they did poor drilling on doors, resulting in chipped MDF. We finally got everything installed but I had to spend a decent amount of time cleaning up after their construction mess. The finished quality is okay but the service was awful.
