BROWNIE'S ENGRAVING SVC INC

We purchased a crystal clock from her on a Thursday for a rush job with engraving that she assured us she could have by the following Monday. She said she would take it home and do it over the weekend. Monday afternoon I went to pick up the clock and she said it wasn't done because she had been in church all day Sunday and didn't get it done. Then she assured me she would have it done by 10 a.m. on Tuesday. I went over at 10:30 to pick up the clock (her door says she opens at 9:30 a.m), no one there. We called, no answer, just a recording. She finally showed at 11 a.m. after I had made two trips back to check and had our receptionist calling her constantly. Of course the people taking the clock to an event were leaving at noon and it needed to be wrapped. She first said that she was there all along, then said that her bus was late. Lots of excuses, none of them valid. She should have called me and said she was running late, but customer service is not her strong point. I would only use her if you have lots of wiggle room - she just doesn't know what customer service is.
