We looked at several homes that day and when I had made a decision on the home that I would like to purchase, she quickly contacted the selling agent and negotiations began. She made it clear to the selling agent that several large ticket items would have to be addressed, including a new roof and chimney repair, and that after the inspection was completed there would be an addendum to the initial offer to include considerations on those items. Long story short, she worked tirelessly to make this deal happen and to not only negotiate with the seller's agent, she also made all the arrangements for repairs and inspections. She also dealt with difficulties I was encountering with the mortgage lender. I asked her several times whether or not she worked this hard for everybody or did she just like me. If you are looking for someone who will not only go to the distance but then some, contact Rebecca. I don't think much slips by her and she has a terrific amount of knowledge not only in the real estate field but also in how to spot the pros and cons of each home she shows. You won't be disappointed in using her services!
Description of Work: I contacted Rebecca, who is associated with Bridgetown Realty of Portland, in January of 2012 and indicated to her that I was interested in looking at several homes in the McMinnville, Oregon area. I drove to McMinnville from the Seattle area and she met me at the first location. She was on time and very professional.
