+ -1 moreI highly recommend her to anyone, across Portland and price points. I was shopping in North Portland, but have been looking quite broadly at other properties. She's been in the business forever, and prior to moving to an Eastside Office (to be a managing broker at Bridgetown) had specialized in Northwest and West Hills at Windermere, so that really shows in her knowledge of neighborhoods and shifting markets throughout Portland. She's always game to meet me at a property or look something up. She's not a "player" type that just wants to close the deal and move on - I've met plenty of them.
Description of Work: Pat helped me buy my first house, in Overlook, and has since advised me in a search for an investment property. She watches RMLS and sends me customized reports not only for available properties that fit my criteria, but also for comparable sales to my own home, in order to keep up on local market changes.
