Bridged Communications

Provider did not respond to my request for a quote through Angie's List.

The job took longer than it was originally estimated but I was only charged the quoted amount. I would definitely hire Bridged Communications again.

Can't comment on their skill or quality of their work, but their responsiveness is underwhelming.

Tyson is professional, punctual, and I will use him (and recommend him) next time I need any low-volt work done.

Tyson was TERRIFIC! He checked everything and even showed me how he had tested each possibility. He was certain that the problem was the cable company and not a line problem inside the house. He even waited while I called the cable company and he explained to their representative what testing he had done (which was more technical than I could have been). He convinced them that they needed to come to fix the line outside the house. He was super nice and really cared that I got my problem fixed. I would use him again without hesitation!

We recently moved into a very rural home and had the phone company connect land lines to the house. We quickly realized that all the phone lines in the house had been either removed or damaged. (Who does that?) Tyson was very responsive. First, he called us back as quickly as he could. Then he made it out quickly too. I showed him around and what the problem was and attacked the problem and got us up and going with phone outlets in the house. We're very thankful for this because the cell service at our place is very poor on a good day.

Tyson advised me on wiring approach options for the ethernet and coax and on how to configure the wireless portion of my network (which was out of his scope of work). His advice was very useful and helped to ensure good network performance and also save me money. The network works well, the install looks clean, and was completed under budget.

Tyson was very responsive when we contacted him regarding the work. We emailed back and forth to get an estimate and then asked him to update the estimate with some additional work. Tyson was always very responsive and returned emailed questions very promptly. Tyson and his assistant, Troy, arrive promptly on the day the service was to be performed. They set promptly to work. They installed a 19" rack in a bedroom closet and connected all of the pre-installed Ethernet, phone and cable TV wiring to the equipment in the 19" rack. This included connecting the phone wiring to a punch-down block, the Ethernet cabling to a Cisco switch and the TV cables to a splitter. Troy was able to get into the upstairs crawl space and run new Ethernet wiring and install a Ubiquiti wireless access point for WiFi. They also ran a new Ethernet cable to one wall where none existed before. All connections were tested and verified for proper operation. They labelled each wall port for future reference. They also helped me to connect speakers for my surround sound system using already installed in-wall wiring. Because they weren't able to get all the work done on the Friday, they came back the next day (Saturday) to complete everything. Everything has been working great since the installation was completed. I would definitely recommend Bridged Communications.

I was very happy with the work Tyson did. He took the time and effort to make sure he understood what the problem was and worked diligently to fix it. He had to go both around our house and into the attic several times before the problem was fixed. His price was very reasonable for the time and work he did.

Two guys came by to give an estimate. They seem very eager to do the job while displaying professionalism. They had a very competitive bid and seemed very knowledgeable about the subject matter. We didn't have enough extra money at the time to install but maybe we'll use them in the future.

Tyson responded really quickly and was able to give me a quote the same day for pulling speaker wires and installing plates under our living room. He sent a quote by email and then turned up when he said he would with his co-worker. Ours is an older house with an extension that made the job a little more challenging, but they got it done and we're all set. Friendly, fast, and on budget - can't ask for more!

The work needed to have an ethernet hub installed in the middle of the middle floor, and run through walls and multiple attics in order to wire up 4 ethernet jacks on the top floor and 12 jacks on the middle floor. The technicians were successful in all cases. At my request they attempted to wire from the lower attic across a wall and into an existing phone junction box. I was amazed that they perfectly hit the target. This meant that I didn't need to have another junction box cut into a wallpapered wall. In one room their long drill bit accidentally came out in the wrong location. The were prepared, and spackled the scuff. After paint it looks as good as new. It's been a few years since this work was done, and it's running rock solid. I'm glad it's done. I have no more wireless internet drop-outs or speed issues.

This is the second time we've used Bridged Communications and we won't hesitate to call them again. They are professional, reliable, and knowledgeable.

They were very responsive to our needs as we relocated to a temporary office after a building fire. Our office was a mess with boxes and temp workstations and they smoothly worked around the clutter to get us up and running quickly. We worked primarily with Tyson. Scheduling was smooth, work was done on time, and we are back to work!

It went well. They did a great job. They did exactly what we wanted and they showed up when they said they were going to show up. It was pretty easy. We were very happy with them. We would probably reuse them if we need any more work done like that in the future.

The price was reasonable. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They completed the project fast. They exceeded my expectations. They were helpful and informative. I would definitely use them again.

I haven't been able to assess the work myself as it was for a rental, but the communication was excellent, pricing was as advertised and I have had no complaints from my tenant. I would recommend them based on my interactions, but I cannot say I've seen the finished product yet.

Awesome! They were super professional and considerate. They worked very hard to keep the job within the original estimate and went above and beyond for a very reasonable price. Also, we have large dogs and they kept conscious of their safety and the dogs were very comfortable with them. So, both we bipeds and the quadrupeds give them 2 paws up!

Tyson & Phil were great to work with! They responded quickly to all of my questions and inquiries. Within two days of my initial contact they came out to the house to see what would be needed so they could provide an accurate estimate. As requested, they estimated different options for the work and also explained how I could accomplish my goal using the least expensive option. When I called to book the work, they were able to fit me the following week. On the day of the work they arrived ~ 10 min early. They asked me to confirm where I wanted the outlet located and then went to work. To accomplish the task they had to run the wire from the office down into the crawl space. Then up into the garage & across the garage ceiling then through the garage ceiling under the eves. From there they went up into the attic & across to the other side of the room & down the inside of a wall & out a plug. The job was so well done that you can hardly see where the wire was run. They cleaned up everything after themselves and everything looks amazing. They even offered to create a cable for free so I could get access for a second computer on the other side of the room. They exceeded expectations and I am very happy with the work they did. I strongly recommend them.

They did just what I asked them to do: confirm all the wiring was good and located the endpoints, checked wireless signal strength and prepared everything so all I have to do is plug in my modem and router when we move. They had other helpful suggestions and tips during the installation.

Awesome! Guys were great, on time, work completed on time for amount quoted. Easy breezy. Would use this company again in a heartbeat.

Came to the house to give an estimate for installing CAT6 in several rooms (upstairs and down) and install some surround sound. Gave good recommendations and were great by e-mail. Job took about 10 hours for two guys. Got it all done in one day I had a very hard time finding anyone who would install data wire - although we did not have many options we still picked a great company.

Tyson and assistant were right on time. ?They both removed their shoes upon entering. We discussed the work to be completed; toured, and he asked a few questions. He confirmed his over the phone estimate was probably higher than the job was going to be. ?(Phone est $175, actual $150.) They discussed the best way to run the cable and got to work. ?In less than an hour the job was complete, the areas swept for drywall dust from installing cat5 plug ins. ?They were both professionals. ?I would definitely use them again.

It went great. Arrived on time, did what they needed to do, tested an verified their work was good, and were reasonable. Plus they are nice guys and cleaned up after themselves.
