Brake Team

I contacted the company and made an appointment. When I showed up for my appointment they could not do the service because they were too busy. The coupon has since expired and I was very disappointed they could not service the car at the time they scheduled the appointment. They also had no rental cars and I had to wait several hours and still was never serviced.

I had no problem with the tires that they put on. About 18 months ago, I got a car and a year ago, I got tires and an alignment there. Two months later, it felt out of the line so I went back and they did whatever they had to do. They charged my air conditioning system because it was a car that was new to me, which was probably about $125 and I had no problem with that. Three months later, it's not cooling anymore so I went back and they said that my air compressor is dead. They also tried to tell me something else was wrong and I just listened. I chose not to do anything. I went up to my brother's place in Seattle and he has a mechanic that he trusts and I had the guy look at it. He said I had two little leaks. They said, because of where it is, we wouldn't fix it. Whenever it's bad, recharge it. They said that I didn't have an air compressor problem. Brake Team was trying to sell me something I didn't need so that's why I wouldn't go back to them. The tires were okay but for mechanical work, I didn't want to use them.
