+ -1 moreBonny is smart, nice, honest and diligent. She expects those qualities in others and has a list of people she can count on. Every time I called someone she recommended and mentioned her name I not only got wonderful quality of service - I got the idea these people would drop anything to help Bonny. When I bought my house I was going through a divorce. Bonny was incredibly kind, but also made sure we got completely organized before we bought a house. She raised all the questions (about picking a neighborhood, choosing a house, financing) that I was too much of a wreck to think of. We sold that house when I remarried and we needed more room for my husband and stepson. Again her advice and support were invaluable. Not only will I hire her whenever I need help with real estate (especially on Portland's West Side) I will take her advice, which she is always happy to explain.
Description of Work: Bonny has helped us buy a home and sell a home. She performed all the usual services - helping us understand market values, showing us homes that met our needs (often more than once), walking us through the legal and financial details and letting us access her world of amazing contractors. She also went "above and beyond" showing us extra features of neighborhoods we were considering, introducing us to people she knew and simply working very hard to get answers to the questions we asked and even the ones we did not know enough to ask. In both processes - buying and selling, we know she got us a very good deal that was also fair for the other side. There were no surprises in either process. We could completely count on what she told us. She was always detailed, honest and fun to work with.
