Linn Canty is simply Amazing! I call Linn a few times a month to do small to very large jobs for me. No job is to small for the master of most trades. The best thing about using Linn's services is the hourly rate... $40/hr He is a Veteran, a very honest, punctual, attentive, and detail oriented individual. I have left him to work by himself in my own home as well as 3 of my employers very high end homes. I have had him living on the job site in the ranch house for 3 months and he was so respectful. I trust Linn with anything and recommend him highly. He also comes with a long list of reputable references that he is more than happy to share with you. Linn stands behind all of his work and will literally will call you almost weekly after a completed project to make sure you are pleased. You WILL NOT meet another General Contractor like this man.
Description of Work: Linn remodeled a master bathroom, a kitchen and added in a new bathroom from scratch in the guest house. He also did concrete work, a huge drain system and electrical work at another property.
