Bellhop

We had recently had hardwood floors installed on the main level of our house and so all of our living room, dining room & family room furniture had to be stored in the garage during the install. We had Bellhops come and move our furniture back into the house for us. The move couldn't have gone better. They arrived ahead of schedule & checked out what needed to be moved & where it should go. We have many VERY heavy pieces of furniture which they moved without complaint. They were very careful both with our furniture and our new floors. They worked very hard & wasted no time. When we were debating the placement of objects, they went out to move in another piece so they weren't standing around on our time. They even moved in all of the remaining light pieces, which we had planned to move ourselves. I would definitely hire them when we need furniture moved in the future. They did an excellent job.

They do not provide a moving truck, this was known and agreed upfront, and I rented a U-Haul truck myself. They had abruptly changed the move date just before the move due to their "tight schedule" and later tried to change their arrival time by a few hours....on the date of the move, after I had rented the truck and it was parked in a Do Park area near my apartment. This is fault of their office people and not the 2 men who did the actual moving. The 2 men were hard workers and had a good attitude, but one of them did trip and drop his end of a entertainment center causing some minor damage to the wood. Their office emailed me that they would not charge my Visa until "we resolve any issues". They later charged my Visa anyway. Again, this a problem due to their office people, not the guys who actually do some work moving things.
