Description of Work: I have been trying to get them to give an estimate for a tile backsplash. They were suppose to come for measurements and I never heard back on at least 2 occasions

She was wonderful, arrived on time, was careful to enclose the work area with plastic so dust didn't go all over the house, she had a good attitude and she did a great job. We live in a house that was built in 1926 so all of the surfaces were irregular. She did a great job tiling the area so that all surfaces came together in a smooth manner. She paid great attention to the smallest details and had a very good design sense.
Description of Work: Jen ripped out existing tile in our utility room, prepared all surfaces for tile, and tiled the floor in our utility room and bathroom. She also completely tiled the shower in the bathroom.

JENN IS METICULOUS WITH HER WORK. SHE IS VERY CLEAN AND HER WORK IS AMAZING!!! SHE STARTED ON TIME AND FINISHED WHEN SHE SAID IT SHOULD BE COMPLETED. OUR BATHROOM IS BEAUTIFUL. WE ENJOYED HAVING HER IN OUR HOME.
