+ -1 moreOverall things went great - we started the process with a short window to both sell and purchase in a thin market.
Description of Work: In mid January 2012, I decided to sell my Portland home and was introduced to Becky Gee of Zip Realty. I had used Zip Realty to purchase the home and was happy with their services. Becky met me at my home walked the duplex and made recommendations to prepare the home. In the meantime we looked at other homes in the Portland metro area to buy with my daughters, throughout the process Becky was patient and helpful.....in less than 3 weeks the duplex sold and a replacement home purchased three weeks later. Becky attended both my seller close and my buyer close which and was available for the walk through with the general contractor of the purchased home In Tigard. She provides full service she referred Sue Mackley of Alpine Mortgage for my loan and we got it done, she sped up the process of obtaining access to the new home....she goes to bat for her clients.....other sales agents disappear after their commissions are paid not Becky Gee we've talked several times since the sale to follow-up that all is going well at the new home and to ensure all items promised were delivered. + -1 moreShe was terrific and did a great job. We didn't think that the price was out of the ordinary for a realtor. We had to go back to Wisconsin in between and she kept us very much informed on what was going on and sent us listings that had just come on the market. She was really on top of everything and made everything very easy. They have a website. We also used someone else from the company because we were looking across the river for a while, and they were both good.
Description of Work: I have used Becky Gee of Zip Realty for real estate services. She helped us close on our house here in Hillsboro.
