The cleaners did a great job. There got to our house on time and made sure to get as much cleaned as possible.

They are prompt and friendly and do a really nice job. We had used them for a year and then changed because of communication problems but after a year I missed their quality. We switched back and I have been very impressed with their improved communication and excellent responsiveness.

They have never either showed up or re-contacted to set up a new day and time/ They are EXTREMELY Hard to reach for service. Work still has not been done for services purchased.

I bought the deal for $179.00 for 8 hours of housecleaning. I found out later that the deal was 2 women for 4 hours. I only had normal house cleaning needs. Floors, clean 2 shower stalls, mirrors and light dusting. They did a good job except for cobwebs left in one bathroom and top of shower stall missed completely. She took care of those once they were pointed out. They were finished in an hour and a half! $179.00 for an hour and a half seems quite high. I think they should have said that they would come back for another trip to make up the time. Just feels like a rip off. Quite an hourly rate! They did a decent job and were friendly and prompt. I just feel cheated. Would hire them again at a decided amount of pay for a certain number of hours.

They got to work as soon as they arrived, but explained that they were filling in for someone else who wasn't available. They didn't seem to know the particulars of the deal. However, when I pointed out the details they obliged and did a good job. Exceptional job cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. They very polite and professional.

Cleaners were very thorough, efficient and nice. Work they performed was very good. Some challenges with scheduling. Descriptipn of services on Angles List somewhat different...for instance no interior oven cleaning, limited fridge cleaning.

Prefect - it was exactly what i expected

I called this company 5 times, leaving messages to call back for appointment and left email and no response. And now the voice mail box is full. Noticed other reviews stating no call back or not keeping appointment schedule. Disappointed in Beaverton House Cleaning and feel that Angie's List should downgrade.

They sent me a date on which they wee to do the work. Didn't show up. When I called over a several day period I only got the message that their mailbox was full. Never did talk with them. I had a hard time communicating this to Angies List. Took several tries before I heard back from Angies List. Eventually they returned my payment. (Angies List special).

Dust was swept away and down stairs, rather than into receptacles. Mopping was not done well. Under beds and couches was not touched at all. Baseboards were not touched. Blinds were noticed before the cleaners left and requested to be dusted on both sides. Also, the top of the refrigerator was extremely dusty, and was not touched before I pointed this out. We lead busy lives and we're lucky to be able to afford housekeepers. But we shouldn't have to ask them to do a lot of these fairly basic things, many of which I would think would be included in any housecleaning be it "deep" or not. As it stands, we got a fantastic price but when we have to stop what we're doing to give basic direction, or even be around to give that direction, and then have to sweep, mop, dust, etc. once they are finished, it's not worth any amount of money no matter how small.

I purchased a deal for $149 for Deep Housecleaning, Including Interior of Oven and Refrigerator with the company through Angie's List. I called the company and set an appointment for yesterday. No one ever showed up or called to say they would be late. I've called and emailed and no one has responded.They didn't fulfill their commitment.

They did an amazing job. We couldnt be happier hiring them! Will definitely hire them again!

We had them do some stuff that they were going to do that we didn't need them to do. They did some blind work for us. Two ladies were here for about two or three hours. I wasn't here because my wife was having this done while I was at work.Her first impression was, they came and did exactly what they needed to do. They were very professional and did hard work.

Hired this company three times and the work was terrible, Elizabeth showed up with different people all the time. they managed to run through the house barely cleaning, wiping down was more like it. I had to finally request that they re-do the bathroom, mirrors, and table!! Not good at responding to calls, very unprofessional. Not worth the time or money.

The ladies were very nice and the work was good, not quite as detailed as I'd hoped, but I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for a basic cleaning.

Communication is key, and communication with this company was awful. I have cancelled the deal and requested a refund for Angie's List.

They were 2 hours and 15 minute late. They did not call I had to call them. One lady spoke English and there were 3 workers. The work was okay. I would not hire them again. Had they called me to let me know they would be late I might try them again.

Cleaning crew did not show up on day of cleaning, called me 1 hour after scheduled time to reschedule for next day due to being short handed. Next day cleaning crew showed up 30min after scheduled time but they did a fantastic cleaning job. However, the office administration was terrible. The owner called me saying the cleaning would not be done in time and said it would cost me more money. The house was fully empty and fairly clean. Carpets upstairs were vacuumed and cleaned already, floors were swept, very little needed to be done. The cleaners again did a great job completing the cleaning on time with no additional time needed.

They were wonderful. One thing I love is that I didn't feel guilty having someone else clean my home. They were happy and professional.

It was ok - nothing sparkled like I expect when a cleaning is completed

There was a mix-up with the time they were to arrive, but was handled well and, instead of them coming early morning, they were able to come early afternoon. They did an excellent job of cleaning, were fast and efficient.
