 + -1 moreI am a realtor and have used him several times. He understands the need to get things done quickly when there is a home sale occuring.
Description of Work: Ryan was very professional and promptly finished the work in a timely manner. His fee was very reasonable. The $300 was for gutter repair, plus some concrete work on the back patio, plus he vented a dryer to the outside, plus some other handyman repairs. Ryan is licensed and bonded. Ryan is also a certified home inspector in the state of Oregon.
