Baseline Landscapes

I contacted Baseline Landscaping in May regarding planting some replacement trees on my property. They claimed to know the company removing three trees from my property, said that they'd worked closely with him before and would contact him for details about what was needed to do the work, and would come out to my house to give me an estimate. They took my contact information. I thought that they were working with my arborist, but I've been getting more concerned since I hadn't heard anything. I called them today to ask about the status of this work, when I could see an estimate, etc. They told me then that they were really busy. They suggested that I find someone else to do the work. I'm unhappy with this service experience and general unprofessionalism. I wouldn't recommend them based on their lack of followup, and their lack of basic courtesy in telling me that they would complete this work and then just blowing me off. I would have preferred they just decline the job.
