A contractor broke a pipe in my crawl space, and B&G was able to get here in about 30 minutes and repair the pipe very quickly. They are so responsive and so professional. This is my second plumbing emergency with them, and I would recommend them to anyway. Bobo, the owner, talked me though turning off the gas to my hot water heater over the phone and verified that I had turned off the mail water correctly. They are truly a professional organization. They also send a restoration crew to address the water damage. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My gas water heater pilot light went out and wouldn't relight. It's about 12 years old, but 'the internet' said it was probably a bad thermocouple, a $20 part. Several places I called would charge nearly $100 just to come to my house - which would not be applied to the repair. I called up and B&G were straight-forward about what to expect and said if it were a bad thermocouple, it'd cost around $175 (plus parts). I called at noon and they were able to come by at 2:30! Bubba was professional and quick. He replaced the thermocouple, cleaned the flame sensor and even proactively fixed a potential leak - all in less than an hour. The cost was exactly what they had said. I was very satisfied with the experience!

Very smooth/easy. Was not an emergency replacement, so was able to schedule a couple of days in advance - but they were available 7 days a week with no surcharges for certain days/times. Price quoted was $50 - $100 less than other places I checked - and for the same heater... and, I paid exactly what I was quoted - not a penny more. They answered any/all questions I had. There is just simply nothing to complain about here other than the fact that a simple water heater replacement costs more than I would like - but, again, they price I paid was better than quoted elsewhere.

Our water heater died on a Saturday morning of all times. They called me back promptly, gave me some bids and easy as pie the appointment was set for Sunday morning. They arrived on time, were extremely courteous, polite and communicative, worked alllllll day (~12 hours!) to handle the difficulties of our particular home. And as a bonus they even accepted credit card as payment. I learned that they also provide general contracting! We will be recommending them to friends and we will definitely be calling them for our next project.

On the final bill they charged $330/h plus materials. I had not asked about the price before hand and assumed that it would be within the normal range. The work was ok but they did not disclose the pricing up front. Also they cancelled twice, thought that was not a big problem the price was the main surprise and the pricing was never disclosed.

We traded text messages so he could have specific information as to size of our existing heater and our exact address. He arrived at 9:30 pm with a new water heater only to discover that our old one had been installed incorrectly which meant he needed a) a different size water heater or b) another part to make the set up work. He went ahead a took the old one out in preparation for returning the next day. His son arrived promptly Saturday morning and was able to get the new water heater as he had the part needed to make our installation up to code. Excellent service provided by really nice people; will definitely hire again for any type of plumbing work.

They are fabulous plumbers. They are available 24x7 and they will come. They've put in a toilet for me, they've changed out the faucet in my kitchen sink. I send them to my mothers. The workers are great.

They came within 4 hours or so of calling for service on a Sunday. The job took about 2 1/2 hours because of a cracked expansion tank and some other issues from a previous plumbing job. They also installed a flood stop valve (which I already had). I thought the price was pretty fair, especially on short notice and on a Sunday.

They did an excellent job. The pricing was good for both. They left the area clean. We were very impressed.

Kent and Team were on site in less that 2 hours of calling with new Tank and all the required supplies. Installation was seamless and took about an hour. In addition, the were extremely knowledgeable and took time to walks us through everything. Exceptional work.

I bought this on an Angie's Deal and initally had some problems/concerns with them. Had left them messages to get the work scheduled many times via their suggested contact method from B&G. They never responded to several of my messages. And not sure exactly what the issue was but finally got it scheduled and then the day of service they did not arrive at the scheduled time so I called them. Apparently they had some internal issues come up and supposedly tried contacting me to reschedule but never did. However, they did send over a team to get the job done that day as planned and the crew that came were curetous, clean and informative. They apologized for all the miscommunication and gave me a $50 credit for my troubles. In spite of how difficult this was to get accomplished, I would use them again. I got the feeling that this was not normal service practices and that they were a bit embarrassed for all the troubles I had. All is well with my new hot water heater and it was quickly installed, too.

Everything went very smoothly and quickly. They drained my old water heater and removed it quickly. The water heater they brought did not fit and they went out and got another one and installed it. Everything went smoothly, no problems.

We decided to give our bathroom a face lift and replace all the original fixtures in the bathroom of our 1979 home. We attempted to remove our bathtub drain ourselves, only to cause more damage by breaking off the cross bars making it even more difficult to remove. After two trips to the hardware store for drain extractors and still unsuccessful, we decided to call a professional. I contacted B&G Water Heaters LLC and Bubba was able to show up within an hour of my call. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable, brought his tools inside and within 15 minutes had the old drain out. He installed a new chrome drain which had already been purchased. I was elated that the old corroded drain was finally removed and we didn't have to cut into the wall, something we were fearing if the drain shoe had been damaged or the threads stripped in the removal process. I was completely shocked when I asked how much we owed and he said nothing! Bubba said he was on his way home from a job and lived close by. What a stand up guy! I was so relieved considering I just had a verbal quote of minimum $300 earlier that week from another plumber. I also received a free estimate for a water heater replacement since ours is ancient and needs to be replaced. His rate seems very reasonable, so when we are ready I will contact B&G. I have found my go to plumber and highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I called prior to purchasing the big deal because I wanted to make sure the purchase would include a water heater that fit my tight space. Kent assured me it would. He and a helper came out and installed the water heater. I had checked around and the price was reasonable compared to other quotes I had received. Kent was very responsive and I would recommend this company.

Employee was owners son. And extremely polite, and got the water pipe fixed quickly. He even checked our kitchen faucet for any debris that came through the pipe once it was fixed. Any time we need a plumber in the future I know we have one.

We had a leak in the water line between the street and the house.

This was a tough job considering the old cast iron/ steel was original to our 1926 bungalow and had quite a few twists and turns with difficult access. It wound it's way from the first level down to our basement where the walls were all finished. Tanner and his helper were professional and worked very efficiently to tackle a more difficult job.

B and G replaced two bathroom faucets, fixed a toilet, and replaced a shower head. They gave me a verbal estimate in advance, which turned out to be accurate and fair. On the day of the appointment to do the work, they showed up on time, handled the job professionally, listened to my questions and concerns, and did a quality job.

I was very pleased with the service. The price was reasonable. They were prompt and professional.

Sometimes, plumbers will come to your house and pretty much destroy everything, but they were very careful and really did their best, to put things back the way they found them. He listened to what we had to say about our problem and he made an effort to cause as little destruction as possible. I appreciate that because we have just moved into the house.
