+ -1 moreWe had a series of problems but the final straw is the brand new front door to our studio hanging off the hinges after less than a year and the owner will not stand behind his work. We have opened a complaint with the BBB and we had to hire another contractor of Angi to fix their incompetent hung door installation.
Description of Work: We hired Bacharach to do a TPO roof, asphalt roof repair, demolition, drywall and paint to complete a disaster restoration.

+ -1 moreThe job turned into a full 3 days when workers discovered the floor and supporting structure had been poorly constructed and contained a lot of rot. So a proper foundation was laid and the walls reconstructed on top of that. We determined that a compacted gravel floor would be fine for my needs with the shed and would save some cost. I was consulted throughout the project. The company is very small and the owner, Ari Bacharach, does much of the construction work, while trying to schedule other jobs, oversee workers and keep track of expenses. Ari is super personable, responsive and knowledgeable. He is committed to re-using materials on hand, if possible, and is very good at problem solving.
Description of Work: My shed walls were leaking and originally the work was going to be removing the boards, adding plywood sheets and moisture barrier and reattaching the boards, which was expected to take one day for two men.
