They continue to ignore the flower beds and just mow the small lawn for a very high fee. I have called Jose three times and each time he's promised to correct the problem and call me back. He has done neither.
Description of Work: Mow the lawn of a small yard and edge when needed.

They are not very responsive, I understand that this a busy time of year for yard care, but after two calls they haven't got back to me with a quote I requested. I'll try one more time, then I'll look for another source.

I was pleased with the service up until the beginning of this year. I wanted to give them a chance to correct the problems, but they failed to do so and have lost me as a customer. To their credit, they aren't holding me to the 30 day cancellation notice that they normally have. I was pleased by that. My rating letters are for the past few months.
Description of Work: I posted a previous positive review on this company. I have continued to have them maintain our home landscaping for nearly a year now with a $130 monthly charge. They mow, edge, trim, prune, and weed--or at least they used to. The service has deteriorated to the point that I called them a few weeks ago to complain about the carelessness (lots of huge weeds not being taken care of, etc.). I told them at the time that if things didn't improve I'd be looking for someone new. I was told that there had been a change in who was assigned our lawn and that they'd follow up on my complaints. Additionally, they'd missed one week due to ''truck troubles.'' Well, the improvement has been minimal. I called today to cancel and they asked if I'd give them another chance... my call a few weeks ago was their ''chance.''
