The main thing is that they are so service oriented. They return calls and answer calls. They do a great job. They really stand by their service. They want customers to feel like they have really gotten what they are anticipating. We had one unusual occurrence but they made it right; they were right on it and made sure we were satisfied and paid for the repair.

As a disclosure I will state up front that I am a friend of the company owners, however I had never used their cleaning services before. I won a gift certificate at a charity auction for a full house cleaning which was very timely since I was at the end of a construction project. I was very happy with the results. I definitely plan to hire them again as they are well worth the money. The people who came were very professional. They even accommodated a last minute schedule change when the contractor didn't finish as schedule.

One person came to do the cleaning. He was fast and efficient. The carpets in the bedrooms were light colored, very stained, and they hadn't been cleaned in 6 years. They look great and nearly all the stains came up. The couch was also very light colored and hadn't been cleaned since we bought it six years ago. I was afraid it would be streaked with dirt at the end, but NO! It looks great!

I bought a gift certificate for a full house cleaning, at a charity auction. The company happily made good on their donation and sent two women to clean my 2-story house, which included vacuuming, a thorough dusting, a full kitchen clean (except the oven), and washing all the wood floors. Because it was a donation on their part, I excused them from doing the bathrooms. They were here for about 3 hours. I don't know what it would cost, but the house just sparkled when they were done. I will use them again and submit another report after that.
