When I called to get a quote, the person on the phone was friendly, helpful, and informative. He gave me good instructions for using the Tigard dropoff. The people at Tigard were also very helpful. I got a good estimate, a thorough explanation of what would be done (including options), and a reasonable timeline. The work was done one week ahead of schedule. The stain and -- most importantly -- odor were completely gone. The helpful people at Atiyeh Brothers also gave me some helpful hints to check for other spots around the house and help control any future issues.

I liked that they could repair and clean in the same trip rather than having to go to two different places.

They were great. They even included in the cost of the clean to package and ship it to my brother in Colorado when my Grandmother passed away. They are top tier for quality, repair, and delivery. They do a great job. I have had nothing but good experience with them. They are probably not the cheapest, but it's the only place I would send rugs to.

Very well. I dropped both rugs off at the Tigard store. They were promptly evaluated and the options and prices for services clearly explained. The work was completed earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. Frankly I was amazed when I got the rugs home and unrolled them - especially with the large one. It looked (and smelled) like new!

The previous owners of the house we moved into had a dog. While the carpet was in reasonable condition, fairly new and just a couple of minor stains, there was an overwhelming smell of dog fur. One room in particular gave me hives every time I sat on the carpet. Atiyeh Bros. came out quickly and measured the house for a bid. While the price was higher than I was anticipating, a persnickety family member was happy with them so I went ahead and hired them. At the time, they were booking farther out than I wanted - I had movers needing to place furniture - but they were able to find someone willing to come in on his usual day off. They were able to significantly reduce the visibility of the stains and dog odor and I no longer get hives when sitting on the carpet. I am enormously thankful to be able to hold off replacing the carpet until we decide on our new decor. I received a discount for not having furniture to move, Angie's list, and paying by check upon completion.

I called Atiyeh, and they gave me a spot-on (pun not intended) estimate and picked up the rug to clean. When it came back two weeks later, I could not even tell where the tomato sauce had been! I was absolutely amazed. The Atiyeh staff were extremely professional, courteous, and prompt. Talk about service! We are very grateful that our beautiful rug looks as good as new! We had used Atiyeh before for our carpets, and you can be sure that we'll never use anyone else other than Atiyeh.

Rug looked brighter after cleaning. The price for cleaning was costly. I probably won't clean another rug unless I have a higher quality rug to make it worthwhile.

I've used them for years and they are excellent. They are reasonable and they do an excellent job at cleaning the rugs and carpets. They cleaned a 4 X 8 rug. They give me a discount if I drop off my own rug. They have excellent service.

We had bought the rug at NW Rugs, who did a TERRIBLE job of repairing it. And they took weeks. Atiyeh Bros. fixed their mistake and did an excellent job in just one week. Nice to do business with a company who lives up to their solid reputation built over many years.

Everything went incredibly well, from estimate to final work. Everyone was very professional, polite, careful and considerate. They arrived when they said they would and worked hard the entire time they were in our home. All of the cleaned items turned out beautifully. We had lower estimates from two other cleaning outfits, both of which would have done all the work in-place, in one short day. That made us very uneasy. We had had a good experience with Atiyeh Brothers several years ago and felt confident they would do a superlative job - as, indeed, they did. The whole process took longer, but was well worth it.
