Karoline was impressive from the beginning. She looked at the condo we were selling, and well before signing on as our listing agent, gave some great advice about staging and prepping for viewings. She then told us what she would do if we used for the sale, in detail, and how she would show and market the condo. She has that perfect blend of professionalism, but super friendly and personal. Later, when she did eventually start show the condo, I was even more impressed. She had described before how she would make placards and notes to highlight certain features of the condo, but I guess I was expecting just notecards or whatever. She had this great system using some framed cards and other things to direct you to features, without them looking cheap or dorky... very thought out and very nice. The rest of the condo sale went smoothly.. no problems. As far as a buying agent, Karoline had to turn us over to her husband. She had a personal family emergency to deal with, and was very sorry she wasn't with us during the shopping process. But, that's the beauty of having the two of them, she was able to turn us seamlessly over to Chadd "Wick" who took over from there. Wick was also great to work with. As typical, we saw more than a dozen houses, I think, over the course of several weekends, and he was always willing to go as long as we needed. He was a total pro the whole way, navigating us around town, setting up last minute viewings, and adjusting our schedule as the viewing days went on. I couldn't think of anything he could have done better. We were lucky this time there were no major issues, or disputes with either sale or purchase, so we might not have put Karoline and Wick to the full test of "worst case scenarios". But, based on what we saw, I would be more than confident they would be able to handle anything that would have come up.

Karoline's work was exceptional. She helped us negotiate the optimal price for the house, and she spent her own time meeting with home repair specialists to help us get bids for minor work that needed to be done before the house purchase could be completed. She continues to be a resource for me, four years later, on any housing-related questions I may have. I would recommend Karoline to anyone, her dedication and professionalism are exceptional.
