Artistic Landscapes is FANTASTIC! They've been taking care of my landscaping for about 2 years and do a wonderful job. Robert (the owner) has earned my trust, which is the reason they were the only company I called when it was time to update my 30-year old sprinkler system. They recently finished the project to install a drip sprinkler system, a new backflow system, several different flowing shrubs to add color and texture to the property, and even repaired several areas of my old flagstone path to spruce things up. The result: The new drip system is great and my front, side, and back yard landscaping looks GOREGEOUS! The staff were total pros, easy to work with, and very responsive to my questions. Artistic Landscape exceeded my expectations with their outstanding work on my overgrown property. In just three days, a three-man crew transformed it into a stunning landscape. They were respectful, efficient, and removed shrubs, weeds, and ivy with precision. Robert's communication throughout the process was exemplary. Robert and his team were wonderful to work with! Not only were the prices fair and reasonable, he even added free extras around every corner - to make our backyard/front yard more special. There was a lot of demo, as well as prep work to create a 1000 sq ft patio in our backyard. It was a huge project, but the team took on the challenge and completely transformed our backyard to a usable and beautiful space. I would recommend Artistic Landscapes to EVERYONE I know.

They did a fantastic job! It looks much better than we ever imagined. When we first started we wanted to cut costs so we were only going to have about half done. Then things transpired in a way that we needed to go ahead and get the entire project done. They continued on with the additional work and finished the project. They were punctual and very communicative throughout the entire project. It was a bit on the expensive side but the whole thing overall was a fantastic experience and we are extremely happy with the final result.

Recently, we hired Artistic Landscapes to expand our backyard patio, for not only more entertaining room. But to also accommodate my "walker world" (neuropathy). Robert listens to my needs, added a few suggestions, checked his calendar, crunched the numbers and soon the job was started. Artistic Landscapes prove were prompt armor clean and hardworking. Robert communicated extremely well despite the fact that we were not centrally located at the property. He has reasonable plans and knew exactly who to contract out to for specialty work. We look forward to a new working relationship with him. As an industry professional, this is top notch work.

Robert, owner of Artistic Landscapes, and his lead team member, Sergio, made our landscaping dreams come true. We were more than pleased with the exquisite workmanship and the quality of the materials used and are certain Artistic Landscapes has added value to our home. Robert stayed on budget and all work was completed by him and his team in a timely fashion. Robert's vision for our yard exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds. We discussed our design preferences with him such as colors, types of plants and trees we favored, and Robert took all that in to consideration when he transformed our yard into the best in the neighborhood. He created a natural dry creek bed and slate walkway (see before and after pictures) that look like they have always been there, surrounded by a variety of trees, shrubs, and flowers that are perfect for our climate. We also had a drip irrigation system installed and accent LED lighting that beautifully illuminates his landscape masterpiece every evening. Our yard is basically no maintenance or fuss. OK, a little weeding once in a while. We were so pleased with the front yard, we asked Robert to spruce up our backyard too. He and his team, headed by Sergio, installed a drip irrigation system, accent lights, new bark dust, and a few well placed plants. Robert suggested a change on the side of our house and designed a walkway that makes it easier -and safer- to access that side of our house. Everyday, Sergio and his crew cleaned up the work area before leaving for the day (even cleaning up anything that may have drifted onto our neighbor's property). They were always respectful and professional and arrived on time everyday and went above and beyond what was expected. And during the whole process, my beloved Little Free Library remained in place and open for business. Needless to say, we think our property looks stunning! We've had total strangers knock on our door just to tell us how much they love the yard! We do too. You won't be sorry hiring Robert and Artistic Landscapes.

Working with Robert, Sarah, Sergio and their amazing crew has been a wonderful experience. After meeting and collecting bids from a wide variety of landscape companies over several years it was immediately clear that Robert understood our need for function and design of our small sloped yard. His team was always on time, professional, tidy and kind. Communication throughout the project was excellent and responsive. Hard and soft scape choices were great quality. Workmanship was top notch. Our project included excavation, walls, pavers, steps, lighting, water, electrical, drainage, rock and boulders, plants and trees. We could never have tackled this project ourselves and we’re so grateful for the Artistic Landscapes Team. We could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend, no hesitation at all.

We had moved into a house with a pleasant little backyard with virtually no landscaping. After our second wet season of having dogs and kids tramping mud all over our kitchen floors, we decided to have work done to remedy the obvious water issues we were having in our backyard. We did what any good homeowner does and talked to multiple companies. Five, to be exact. Being an amateur designer, I planned out our dream backyard and had all of them quote on the same thing and then reviewed all the bids to make sure they were comparable (on a spreadsheet). We reached back out to some to make sure the material pricing was comparable, and no one was pricing a higher quality product or over engineering anything. I will tell you that Artistic Landscapes was NOT the lowest bid we received, but also wasn’t the highest. What really gave us confidence was that the owner came out and talked through the actual issues we were having with drainage and came up with a solution that was neither intrusive nor broke the bank. We are very happy with our choice. The Artistic Landscape team went above and beyond working quickly and doing REALLY hard labor to break up our rocky ground. They bent over backward catering to my knit picky demands. Most importantly, they were extremely respectful and clean. We have had other contractors that left their tools out at night between workdays and Artistic Landscape always picked up everything and never left any trash. We have now been living with a lush, green yard for six months through the rainy season. Dog paws come in dry and the kids always want to play outside while we like relaxing in our outdoor living space and getting our hands dirty in our new garden. Artistic Landscapes did an amazing job on creating a safe and accessible pathway along the side of our home. What used to be an eyesore of a muddy hill that was unpleasant to traverse, is now a beautiful stairway that we are proud to say is part of our property. Robert and his team are clear experts in the field of landscape and hardscape design and talked with us on options to delineate our property as well as make this a functional and beautiful final product. Bonifacio and Ribaldo made a great on-site team and always had the worksite tidied throughout the workday and immaculate before leaving. The team communicated throughout the project, and Robert made several visits to check in on our satisfaction and emailed with updates. We are very pleased with how it all turned out and has exponentially improved the safety, accessibility, and beautification of our home's exterior. All around great experience and will be contacting Artistic Landscapes for any future projects.

Robert and his team of workers completed an extensive "refreshing" of my lawn and yard. After several years of rough NW weather, the landscaping needed an update. Not only did they add some new plants and trees but also refreshed everything with new bark dust. Now everything looks as beautiful as it did when we first had our lawn and landscaping done 8 years ago. When the job takes several days, Robert's team always leaves their work area clean at the day's end. Robert always listens to my ideas and then either implements or suggests other options based on his expertise. Overall, this is a very professional owner and business.

How often does a service or company exceed your expectations? Just about never, but Artistic Landscape did by a mile. I cannot say enough good things about them, and their crews. So quiet, so professional, so considerate of every inch of my property as well as all my outside furniture, pots, hose insulators, existing plants ad infinitum. Went the extra mile and did things I didn't even ask them to, with great ideas to add value along the way. Robert the owner is very communicative, and he differs from other bidders I had in that he was personally involved and on site (not just interested in the bid), bringing an artistic flair that other contractors seemed to lack. He reminded me of the conductor of an orchestra, creating a beautiful product, or the director of a stage play. You can tell he LOVES this work. His crew was so competent and considerate of me and my space, and I still keep finding little things they did or replaced that I wouldn't have expected them to. Everyday, they removed the boards, and blew off the yard and driveway before they left. Great troubleshooters too. Immaculate. I couldn't be happier!

We hired Robert & his crew for a complete landscape make-over, front and back yards, and are so pleased we did! They exceeded our expectations with their high quality of work. The job foreman, Jorge, and his crew arrived promptly each day. Jorge is an EXCELLENT foreman! We felt like he went the extra mile with all the work he did. He is very conscientious with an excellent work ethic! The crew was very respectful of our property as well as our neighbors. We were very please and impressed on how well the premises was cleaned at the end of each day and especially the last day. Robert stopped by on a daily basis and stayed in contact throughout the length of the project. We were especially impressed when randomly stopped by a month after the completion of the project. He was following-up on the status of the plants after we had a lot of rain, frost and snow. Robert worked closely with us on all aspects of the project. He listened to our desires and suggestions and made sure they were incorporated. He is an enthusiastic professional who loves his work!

Robert's crew performed demolition, clearing & grubbing, and grading of our existing yard before installing a beautiful new fence, synthetic turf lawn and paver patio covered with a heavy duty pergola. Our yard is now the talk of the town.

Artistic Landscape transformed the area in front of our house from a sad flowerbed into a lovely paver stone seating area. We love it and we love working with Artistic Landscape to make our ideas into reality!

The job of Robert and his crew was exemplary. Punctual and accurate to the estimate they quoted at the beginning. It was not an easy job, basically requiring all hand work due to access. But the guys did a great job. Very happy and would hire again.

We hired Robert and his team to completely reform our backyard after seeing his work on our neighbor’s backyard. After meeting with us for an initial consult, Robert developed a plan that integrated everything we wanted including more patio space, a hot tub lagoon, fire pit area, space for a shed, water feature, and a level yard area with new sod. They also did a great job planting three huge palm trees and several other privacy trees. Throughout the process Robert and his team were able to adapt to our wishes and new ideas. We decided to go with Robert due to his passion and creativity. What we got was an amazing experience. Working with Robert and Jesus our site foreman was easy. Timely work, always asking questions, reviewing the designs, looping back at each step along the way until we got perfection. Our yard is stunning!!! The turf is perfect for the kids and the plants are like we live in a Japanese garden. Simply perfect!

Artistic Landscapes worked their magic yet again. This wasn't a large job, but it was given the same care and attention to detail as the larger ones we've had them do. Jorge was the foreman for the job, and they had 4 folks cover the entire job in one day. There were some left over river rock, so they used it to freshen up the dry creek beds that Artistic Landscapes installed over 10 years ago.
