Bob approached each job with professionalism. He would give me an estimate. I usually ask him for ideas, too. He is very creative about his work and can offer some great ideas to make things look even better than I thought. Shows up on time. He and his crew work hard and are getting the projects done without delay. I had one large back yard that was so overgrown with plant material that it looked like jungle. Bob keep on it until it was done and it took 3 days just to clear that out. The other jobs he has done for me demonstrate that Bob has vast experience in landscape work. He knows what to do as soon as we meet at the project site. On each job the result was outstanding and I was very pleased.

Entire old deck demolished and removed in about 2.5 days. Area cleaned right down to dirt, and a large clematis also taken out at our request. Consulted on construction plan, layout of new patio, materials to be used, and overall design approach. Great attention to detail - drainage issues thought out in advance and well-designed. Presented detailed estimate including options for different material, breakout of labor and materials, and alternate total estimates. Once construction was under way, coordinated with electrician for patio lighting wiring locations and light fixture mounting. At end of each day's work, area cleaned and tools stored. Visible progress every day. Total time for project was just under three weeks with 2-3 days break. Absolutely delighted with end result.

Everything went fine. Bob has a keen eye for knowing what looks good to make your property look great. All services detailed were performed with great zeal and enthusiasm. Customer service is a big factor in choosing a contractor or retailer. I compare his service to another contractor. They are the same. It is very important when a contractor keeps in contact after services are performed.

Bob provided the names and contact information of a number of clients who had similar work he performed. Bob then presented a sensible, attractive and appropriate plan that he and other helpers install. It worked so well, and he was so great to work with my wife; I turned over a maintenance agreement for both our home and rental property to him. Heck, he's a pleasant guy with whom to work, and turns out he's from the neighborhood.

On time for appointment. Repaired irrigation system. Currently used for landscaping maintenance on 7 Portland area properties. Reliable and keeps me informed of problems, and provides cost estimates for required repairs and maintenance. Professional in appearance.
