It was fine. I was completely satisfied. The price was reasonable. I'm not a good judge on the quality because it was for my wife for her birthday. I guess it was fine. She didn't even notice. They were immediately responsive. They would be my first choice if I needed anything for the piano. They were on time. The gentleman was friendly. He did the work quickly. He was done and he left and we smiled and did a few high fives. They came to the house and did it in the house.

Very well. My piano, which is a small good quality grand, was reconditioned by Classic Pianos several yrs ago, and David from Artisan replaced the action then and did a fine job. It was great to have him and Artisan do the above mentioned more recent readjustment, etc. work. The result was excellent incredibly faster/ responsive keyboard action. David is an excellent technician, and in addition he has excellent people skills so he is a pleasure to chat with/ deal with. He is very fair about charging for his services, and on more than 1 occasion has not charged me at all for a follow up visit, and on 1 occasion when I arranged for him to come to my home to tune my piano, he advised me that it really didn't need any major retuning, just a few "unisons" were out which he corrected and didn't charge me for this. All in all, Artisan pianos does great work based on my experience with them.

We have had David come to tune up our piano for many many years. He has been very good in every aspect. He is professional, knowledgable, friendly. We highly recommend him.

They are fantastic and did a great job. I was very pleased. My piano sounds better than it ever has. It was $100 which is, what I expected. I've paid more for the same thing, and it wasn't as good. The technician that came out did a great job, was polite, and very fast. I couldn't believe how fast he was. He was very punctual, and I couldn't have asked for more. I have a Steinway piano, and he said that I would notice a difference in the way the piano sounds and feels.

It went very well. They tuned my piano, they did a great job. They explained things to me.

They actually broke one of our strings and didn't replace it.
