gutter repair, metal restoration
 + 0 moreRandy is great. Having owned five houses over the past 33 years, I've had a lot of experience with various sheet metal/roofing/gutter people. Randy is the best I have worked with. I would hire him again for repairs on anything made of metal on our house. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Randy covered an existing flat roof with custom fabricated sheet metal, solving a weather problem that had been plaguing our historic home for years. He then worked closely with my carpenters who were installing a new window above the flat roof, making a custom flashing that completely waterproofed the installation. He also applied custom flashing to several gutter trouble spots in the same area. He fixed and rehung an old gutter and refurbished a downspout, replacing some rotten wooden with custom cut and formed sheet metal. He he then painted everything and it looks great. He also did a great flashing job on a new chimney we had built. It was a difficult spot because of the way the roof is, and used to leak. Randy figured it out, custom fabricated a flashing and installed it, working closely with the masons. No more leaks!
